This Dunkin Donuts is constantly on point. The folks working there are super friendly and helpful. It is refreshing to speak with the folks here as they greet you warmly and look at you when speaking with them. My small black coffee is always hot and fresh and served with a smile.

If you order toast with something, it will be toasted. It’s not served plain and flavorless. They never ask if you want ketchup or anything else. They never ask me, “I don’t want ketchup or anything else.” They never ask me, “I don’t want a napkin.” They seem to be terrible at serving. First of all, the lady at the window was extremely condescending. I asked for light ice, she said she wouldn’t fill the cup up if I got light ice. Mind you, this was the first thing I had said to her. Second of all, the drink itself was disgusting. I got a chai latte with oat milk, there was no oat milk and it tasted like there was triple the amount of chai needed. The drink was spicy and thick and made both me and my mom sick. Biggest waste of 6 dollars ever I couldn’t even force myself to drink it.

Number one they never have donuts past noon why is it named Dunkin’ Donuts? If you’re not gonna have any dang doughnuts! Number two the actual “food”they serve is terrible and usually microwaved to death number three they never get your drink orders right. and number four when you order a doughnut it’s thrown into a bag instead of putting into a box Like it should be. This location is terrible!

Ordered a light ice on a large drink. Cup was filled almost 4/5 full of ice, and amount of coffee was lower than normal. If I order a hot coffee, it’s full. So Why am I being charged for ice when I asked for less? I’m paying for the coffee, not ice.

We came through the drive thru on July 14th 2025. To start off we had to say something to get the attention of the workers. When they finally wanted to take our order they were rude. We had a mobile order and got it quick but they didn’t properly take care of the donuts our drinks are amazing. Over all a bad experience.
