Neighborhood frozen custard stand, in a small building that brings back fond memories of my favorite soft serve shop back in the 1960s. Minimal staffing with one order window & a separate adjacent delivery window, so it doesn’t take many customers lined up to slow down the service. But the wait is always worth it, for the huge variety of high quality custard treats and the always friendly & professional young employees. My wife & I are lucky to have Skeeters & its year-round service a 10-minute drive away from home, and even luckier that their Thursday to Sunday business hours help us manage our calorie counts.

What a great neighborhood gem! We loved the little lawn and picnic tables in the back for our toddler to run around in. For a kiddie cup, a small and a medium 1-topping concrete came out to ~$11. There are dozens of concrete flavors — seriously! We’ll definitely be back many times this summer.

Very disappointed, I came with my roommate to get ice cream, and on their building they advertise sugar free Ice Cream. But, when I asked for the flavors they said they don’t do Sugar Free. My roommate already ordered she can have sugar I cannot have lots of it. When I asked if they have low sugar or something else, they did not even recommend something that I could have. I ended up getting a kiddie cup of regular custard, yet I don’t even know how much sugar or calories are in it. Through they are good, it was still disappointing.
