Counter service was professional. Dining room was a little sparse, had to go find my own napkins. Christopher Robinson (from the kitchen?) and was very friendly and helpful. Really made my day.
One of the best cauliflower crust pizzas I’ve had. It started nice and crispy, had plenty of toppings.
Wings were good, but a bit expensive for them little things. I took them up on the offer to cook it twice, so crispy! It was great. Hot chicken dry rub had a good flavor, was good on my pizza, wings could be hotter. Ranch was not great but I didn’t really need it.

My husband and I love the gluten free pepperoni pizza here. It is the best in town. Tonight Josh and Heven even wiped the counter down and cleaned the counter down and got a new tray and cutter for our pizza.

I made an online order on 11-1-25 and walked into the store to pickup. I was greeted by an employee named( Heaven) this is the name she gave me do to no name tags. So I have had a couple issues of my pizza not being made correctly in the past so I politely asked to look at my pizza that I was purchasing. (Heaven) very rudely asked me to not touch my pizza. This struck me wrong because 1sr I was trying to view my pizza not touch, 2nd this is a pizza I am PURCHASING for my family and you rudely say those words to me, a paying customer. I proceeded to say those words to her as well as let her know how disrespectful I viewed what she said to me. She started basically getting smart with me and obviously did not understand her customer service approach was terrible. To make a long story short I will never order at Donatos again! Too many other options with better service.

Came into town to train for the company I work for and wanted to get some good pizza. I seen this place and wanted to try it as soon as I pulled up to the window I was greeted with a smile the man behind the window was an absolute delight to talk to I didn’t catch his name sadly. The teenager that brought my order was awesome too he made sure I had everything I needed before wishing me a good night. As someone who works in the food industry I absolutely appreciated the service and the food was delicious. I’m 100% getting more before I head back home.

We order from the South Huntsville location often. I always order our subs with dressing on the side to prevent them from being soggy. When our food was delivered tonight the pizza and wings were fine, the veggy sub was missing the ham we paid to add, and all the subs were soggy because they had dressing on them. I called and spoke to the manager Beth, she said they would not deliver new subs. I had the option to go pick up new subs myself or I could get a credit for later use. After I asked if the owner was there she refunded me for the order. There is absolutely no reason they should not have been able to remake my subs and deliver the correct ones.
