Employees were very friendly and service was very quick. Unfortunately the food was lukewarm and the Beef and Cheddar sandwich tasted like vomit. First time in years trying the food again and will not be back. Disappointed but in no way does this review reflect the employees, only the food.

Went during open hours about 10p Saturday night. Couldn’t get anyone to take our order at the drive thru. Sat there for about 7 minutes drove around, could see workers inside went back to the drive thru… waited, still no one ever came across the speaker box! No wonder they are closing a bunch of Arby’s across the country.

I just got home after picking up what was supposed to be a beef and cheddar large combo. I even said classic when I ordered. Not only did they give me the wrong thing but they gave me the one thing on their menu I will not eat. A gyro. I have had an awful head cold for 5 days so I called to see if my sweet friend could pick up the correct sandwich for me. Not only did she seem to not believe me after even giving them the exact order, 20 minutes ago, and that I paid in cash with a total being 13.24. She gave me attitude and said I have to come all the way back when im sick as hell all for a damn sandwich. Excuse me for expecting the somewhat correct order. Maybe they should repeat it back to you when you order so this doesnt happen. Im absolutely livid and will never be back. Its the principle. Let’s cause a sick person all this trouble over a stupid sandwich. Like really? How stingy are we? Get over yourself.

I recently got back from Florida and on my way in I stopped at Arby’s using their drive through for a late dinner. It was Saturday night 3 minutes until closing time. I understand your employee probably had a long day. But, to have an unprofessional attitude toward a customer for trying to get some food shouldn’t be an interest of the company. I ordered a half pound beef n cheddar meal with a large diet Coke, 6 piece mozzarella sticks, and another large diet Coke. Not a big order but I was rushed and the tone of her voice set the vibe to awkward. The other employee that was there looked like he needed help dealing with that person as if he were uncomfortable as well. I felt sorry for the guy. Ultimately this is why I gave this a 2 star because of this 1 lady downing the friendly vibe. The food was good though.

Why is this place open in the evening? They always have major problems in the evening. Out of Roast beef, computer is down again. Can’t take orders for one reason or the other? If you can’t sell stuff why are you even open? I think it’s time to close this location for good. Or just sell it to a better partner….. Just dumb.

January 11(Saturday)at 9:10pm I made a DoorDash order around 9:10pm. The food was delivered fine but when I opened the bag I found I was missing the fries and the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. They put huge handfuls of every other sauce (that I didn’t need or ask for) in the bag. Sandwiches were ok. I tried to call and wasn’t able to get thru due to them closing at 9:30. Wasn’t the best experience.
