This is the worst chipotle I have been too. When I usually go to a chipotle I get a decent amount of food that I can finish and be satisfied. Here they started by giving me 1 singular scoop of everything I asked for. Which was rice, chicken, and pico. They said they couldn’t give me anymore than 1 scoop without me paying. So I had to pay double the price for still an amount of food that was disappointing. Don’t go here. Go get food that’s worth the price you pay and worth the amount you get. This was just sad.

Before today, I hadn’t been to a Chipotle in about 8 years. The person that made my food was so helpful that I had to ask her name and leave a review. Gigi let me taste both of the steak options before I decided, and she was kind to me and very patient.
The steak was good, and my toddler enjoyed her steak quesadilla. I’m not a fan of the salsa options or the cheese dip, but the chimichurri is delicious.
Overall, the friendly service is what will make me likely to return.

The BEST chipotle location ever. My go to no matter how far I am. Great portion sizes and they know well how to do their job. They are also great at working under pressure when it is jam packed in their GREAT JOB!!

Every single time I get chipotle from here, they mess up my order. It’s happened every single time! This time they forgot my Barbacoa and Pico 🙁 I’m so sad because I work 10am-12am some days and can’t drive up there to get this fixed. So frustrated with their service.

So my boyfriend and I visited this location 1:30 mins before they closed. We were so excited to have the carne asada. When we walked in they were spraying chemicals and cleaning around the food like it was time to go. The steak that was left in the hot well was so dried out and burned I asked if they were preparing more. The employee looked at me and said “uh no” like what?? This is unacceptable.

I ordered a veggie bowl and ended up with meat in my bowl when i arrived we waited for 5 minutes for someone to attend us, all the workers were in the back just staring at us in line. The food was good but service needs improvement.. the location was also extremely dirty( in the picture added you can see the meat in my bowl, i do not eat any meat or chicken and can get sick if i do so, this was very disappointing )

We had a quick dinner here on a Monday night, about 40 minutes before closing. Plenty of parking and lots of seating inside. There’s an outside patio too. It was pretty busy even after 9pm. The music was loud and groovy. Hubby and I shared a three taco plate. Carnitas, chicken and barbacoa on soft tacos; the carnitas tasted the best. Amount of chips were pretty thin and disappointing. It was an OK meal at the last minute.

Usually i have no problem here but today my bowl has so much salt in it. I took a bite of my rice and I felt the crunch of salt as I bit. Too much salt. I have never experienced that at any chipotle before.

Chipotle, the reason for this rating is that there is hardly any meat on a burrito when I order it. This is not isolated just to this location. I don’t know if it’s a food cost issue, but I refuse to pay $8 more just to have a sufficient amount of meat on a burrito. When all I can taste is the rice and cheese, then there’s a a problem. If you want to keep loyal customers, then you would be wise to instruct your staff to put more than a mere spoonful of meat in a burrito.

I eat chipotle 3-4 times a week at different locations throughout Georgia. This location is top 3 when it comes to cleanliness and service overall. They got me through the line quick and did a great job. They seemed a bit stingy with the portions, but I wont take a star away for it. I noticed even the bathrooms were clean! Also, before we could get up, an employee offered to throw away our stuff and take our plate. Not many Chipotle locations doing that nowadays. Definitely will come back here again.
