I usually come to this American deli specifically because I love the difference in their wings from other stores but tonight’s food was just not good it was rushed and I was missing sauces on with my food my foods cold and salty, it’s not like them to mess up this bad!!

Ordered online for lunch. Order was suppose to be ready by 12:40pm and the order was no where close to being ready. Due to having to go back to work, I asked for a refund and they all said they couldn’t give me one and didn’t know what I needed to do to get one. Never got my order or my money back. Should most definitely give all of your employees the resources to help customers. When going back to the website it going provides the phone number to the location. Order IN store only. Do not order online.

The rice is so good! It had fresh veggies in it. The fish was tasty too,whiting. My hubby had the steak Philly, it was average. Hot fries. Tea was perfect,not over sweetened. Service was friendly. The chicken looked Soo good. Next time we will try the wings.

The food at this location is always good. However, the young lady had me wait an extra 20 minutes while my food sit there on the counter and I had to inform her that I’m 100% sure that that’s my food but 15 minutes later she said oh I’m so sorry here you go.

Ordered from uber. Food was disgusting. The wings had dark spots and chewy. Called American Deli the cashier hung up on me after telling me to call uber, before she hung up I informed her uber didnt cook the food. NEVER HAD FOOD FROM ANY AMERICAN DELI IN THE ATLANTA AREA LIKE THIS. DO NOT ORDER. BTW.. I don’t do reviews.

GPS took me to the wrong store. I had requested durectiins to Jason’s Deli. I was hungry and wanted a salad and went in anyway. Everyone stared at me initially. Cashier/order taker seemed to have a hearing problem. Also told me that drink came with salads in error. The garden salad which I ordered did not. I paid for my salad AND drink separately. When I opened my salad and scraped the cheese aside, I saw that the mushrooms were definitely past their freshness date. They were white mushrooms, not portobello mushrooms. I noticed that they were brown while watching the person prepare my salad. I went back in the restaurant and showed the female who appeared to be in charge of the cashier and who handed out the orders. I told her the mushrooms weren’t eatable, that they were slimy. She looked at me and asked if I wanted a salad without mushrooms! I told her no and that I wanted a refund. She instructed the cashier to refund my order, which she did. In the meantime, a short man came to the side of the food prep area where the salad fixings were, and the lady in charge told him of my complaint. He then looked up and stared at me for a moment. It appeared that he was replenishing the fixings. I got my receipt showing the refund, and I left. I then promptly called the Clayton County Department of Health Environmental section, to report the incident. I also took a snapshot of the salad, highlighting the mushrooms. I called back to get the directions for sending the snapshot as proof of the potentially illness causing ingredient. This store is like a ‘hole in the wall’. It is small and crowded in the cook and prep area, as well as the customer ordering area. And I’m still wondering why they looked at me so quizzically, like I didn’t belong there? I will never be THERE again. That’s for sure!

I wanted a Reuben sandwich so we got it to go. We ordered online but when we got to the deli, they didn’t have the order. So they took the order and getting our food was quick! When we got home with our food, I was very disappointed with my sandwich. A very small Reuben sandwich without any thousand island dressing on it. I actually ordered extra dressing but there was none. The 5 lemon pepper wings had good taste but the wings were little tiny wings! I’ve ordered the same thing in the past and it was great, but not this time! Very inconsistent with their quality of food. Bummer…can’t say I’d try it again!

This place is so unsanitary and unprofessional. My son and I ordered Philly sandwich/wing meals. Both of our sandwiches had paper from the chicken on them. As soon as we got home bit into our food and noticed it I immediately called and they stated they would replace it. Fast forward when we go back to pick it up this sloppy little girl working behind the counter tried to get crazy. The manager has no control of his employees and the owner didn’t want to come speak so they said. They didn’t replace our food. Customer service is everything so is sanitation etc and they are a poor excuse for all the above!!! The picture below is just a piece of the paper
