In a back area of an outlet food court… so little hard to find, but worth the effort! My husband was crazy for thier breaded bacon on the Winter Garden Burger. And the Nutella shakes are to die for!!!

We waited 30 minutes for our food. Our total was $21 for a single cheeseburger fries and shake that was comparable to the quality you would get at a concession stand. You could go to 5 guys and get much better food for less. Would not recommend.

The burger I ordered looked nothing like the one in the picture. The taste wasn’t bad. The patty is the size of a McDonald’s patty. I’m from the Midwest and burgers I’m use to are meaty. As for customer service…there’s a gal at the counter. She was on her phone and didn’t pay much attention to us. I wasn’t sure if she worked there or was the owner’s kid or something. She took our order while staring at her phone. Must have been something important. Last meal in Orlando and it was disappointing.

Paid for bacon on each of two burgers and two fries. Received no bacon on either burger and one fries. Was ready 20 minutes after estimate. Wasn’t drivers fault as bag was staples shut.
