I had ordered what was supposed to be 8 piece tenders but actually got chicken jerky!! Wanna talk about chicken that cuts your mouth up?!? Better be careful! Good thing the hospital isn’t too far away! It’s supposed to just be extra crispy. Not extra burnt, dry and crispy! Then you try to call and they never answer the phone. I can do way better at home!

The manager JC was very welcoming and it was some damn good chicken as well. Me and my family tore through that chicken and the Mac and cheese was absolutely delicious. 10/10 highly recommend this KFC out of everyone else.

I ordered a pickup. It told me the food would be ready at 4:55. At 5:08 I went inside. There literally no other cars or customers. The girl was rude and sat in the office with the “new” manager watching videos. One young guy tried hustling to get our food. The only thing fresh and not complete trash were the chicken tenders. I spent almost $90 for my fam of 7 and am throwing away 98% of the food. Please just shut down. You clearly don’t have help that can actually help. Your food is awful. I want a refund!!!

2/19/26…..I hadn’t been to KFC in a long time. I ordered the 8 piece chicken tenders with mashed potatoes, corn and biscuits. The food was definitely not worth the $30. The chicken tenders were very overcooked and dry. I was given a big bowl of cole slaw instead of the mashed potatoes and gravy. The bowl of corn was dry and didn’t have any butter on it. The biscuits were also dry and overbaked. I will not be going back. Food standards are not up to par.

This KFC sucks, plain and simple. I went during the holidays, and the chicken was inedible because it’s been sitting in grease for so long. Fast forward, I come today, and they still have the same problem. The chicken is so bad it tastes like old socks because the grease is just not being changed. I also have no idea where these crazy five star reviews are coming from those particular customers might’ve been smoking something.

I made the mistake of stopping at the KFC on 2nd Street in Edmond, Oklahoma. I ordered a two-piece meal with four jalapeños, upgraded both pieces to chicken breasts, chose mashed potatoes and coleslaw as my sides, and added a small order of potato wedges.
The total came to $20.70. I was clearly shocked at the price, and the guy at the window could tell. He was polite and brushed it off as “inflation.” He asked me to pull around, saying he’d bring the order out. A few minutes later, he delivered the bag and told me he’d “hooked me up” with extra biscuits, extra jalapeños, and upgraded my small wedges to a large.
When I got home, I discovered I hadn’t received a single jalapeño—despite being charged $3.56 for them (about nine cents per pepper). I called the store, and the same guy admitted he forgot to include them. His solution? He offered me a slice of lemon cake if I wanted to drive back.
Before I could tell him where he could put the lemon cake, he hung up on me.

This place never has what I want when I come here. Never have they had a pot pie when I’ve come. Today no chicken nuggets. The people that work here seem to be incompetent or rude. You better check your order before you drive off because more than likely it is wrong. Today is the last day I come here. I don’t even want to give it a one star.

I will admit KFC was my second choice for dinner tonight. After a significant wait– with no line in front of me, my options were limited to crispy chicken, Pepsi and diet Pepsi, tea, and Dr. Pepper.
11 dollars later I waited for the #2 –3 pieces of over cooked, greasy chicken to be brougt out to my car. Each piece of chicken had an unpleasant texture- mushy. The sweet corn was warm but had no additional flavor and my tea had a clear “goopy” substance in the bottom of the cup. I would not have know this but for the straw was no match for the cup lid. I pulled the straw out to drink of the cup and made the discovery. Pictures attached. Yuck!!
