Nice locality . Right next to many other ships like LIDL, MCD ETC . Lots of parking available outside . Good space inside to sit and eat . Washrooms were clean and good to use . Service was good .
Was passing by the Popeyes and saw the hot and spicy wings pic and craved to eat here . What’s there in the photo and what they serve is miles away ! The wings with spicy garlic sauce was sooooo average . Loooked oily and I couldn’t even eat 3 out of 6 ! Will never buy this in Popeyes anymore. … looked really unhealthy .. biscuits were good. Fries was also very oily and soggy . Never had this experience with any other Popeyes. Only thing which was good was the biscuit ! 2 stars overall 🙁

Check your bags before you leave! I picked up my order from the drive thru today and I asked the guy at the window if i can get some sauces (yea you have to pay but alot of other places give you for free and every time I’ve paid for them they NEVER give me the right # i paid for..if they even give you it) I asked him and he double checked the receipt and said everything is in the bag..like really? You gotta check the receipt and cant just throw in some sauces?! Then he said oh I’ll give it to you this one time…what?! He then proceeds to give me 2 sauces. I asked for blackened ranch and sweet heat. He gave me one of each. For a $50 order and 10 piece of chicken. Totally ridiculous. Then acted like he was doing me a favor by giving me 2. Bro just keep it at that point..I dont need the extra commentary.
I got home to find out that I had MISSING items and was short of chicken still..I was so mad. I wish I had the time and energy to drive back to let him know that they still cant get my order right even though he insisted “everything is in the bag” but here’s two sauces to make up for it. I maybe figured he’s probably hoarding it for later….
i believe this store is owned by the same person as Stelton road..and I’d rather drive across the town to have better customer service and quality control then this crap.
Manager please train your employees…they suck here and it’s only getting worse..every time i go here we always end up missing atleast 1 thing.

I don’t know what’s going on with this store. This is the second time this month that I’ve ordered something and something was missing from my order.
The first time, it was a Large Mashed Potatoes with Cajun. We were in the parking lot, checked the order, went back inside, and they gave it to us.
Today, a biscuit was missing from my order. I realized too late once I was already home, and I didn’t go back to ask for it.
The staff who prepares the order is supposed to check that it’s complete.
I hope this doesn’t happen again next time and that it doesn’t become a habit.

The popeyes on Oak Tree Rd is the best. They are ALWAYS FRIENDLY, they never try to give me regular tenders instead of my spicy tenders like the one in Terrell rd does. My food is always fresh. Ill drive further for the smiling faces & good service EVERY TIME. OH, and the entire crew is HISPANIC!! Love my HARD WORKING BROWN brothers and sisters!

I ordered the number 3 with cheese and bacon with no pickles , 6 mild boneless wings with sauce on the side.
What I got was a chicken sandwich with no cheese, no bacon, bone in wings and spicy.
This is not what I wanted.
I called and the location and no one picked up.

I ordered the $20 family meal from the restaurant and as you can see in the picture each container is half full. I called the restaurant and was told that “they did nothing wrong, I was given the correct amount in the wrong size cup”. When I was given my food I was NOT made aware of this error. This is a terrible way to start business on the first day.

Walked in at 9:50 a full hour and 10 minutes before they close and asked for a spicy chicken strips and they told me we don’t have anymore. I asked him if they could make anymore and they said no the kitchen is closed and they only have what they have. The cashier decided to get an attitude with myself and the manager is not very helpful at all. I see where this place has a 3.2 rating Douglas and Evelyn should be fired and you guys really need to work on your staff.

First time visiting this location. My party and I arrived right before closing. It was very quiet. I ordered the shrimp which was great because shrimp is a favorite of mine. Customer was friendly, however there was a young girl mopping the floor while we were waiting on our food. She failed to put down a wet floor sign and when we were leaving everyone walked out slowly. Definitely a hazard.
