We stopped in for lunch our server with Sandy. She was thoroughly excellent fantastic personality. Very prompt service offered refills of everything before we were even done. Great addition to this restaurant. The manager Jack came over to ensure we had great service and he was excellent, and it was very appreciated that he decided to come over and say hello because our server had told him that we had mentioned to her that we had not been to an Olive Garden in 35 years. Will definitely go back to this location

Very nice. Food arrived timely and hot and fresh. Hostess and waitress (Hi Cailee) were fabulous. Lighting is nice. Decor is pleasant. A lot of tables are set up in nice little semi private alcoves. We don’t go here often because of the price but as they come closer to being worth it than most other places.

Our waitress was amazing- so friendly and our glasses never went empty. I wish I could remember her name – dark hair and a beautiful smile. She was helpful with menu and accommodating to our pre teen that’s not so easy to communicate with at times. My salmon was amazing just as she said it would be. The portions of food my husband and daughter recieved were huge! The chicken Alfredo – we all sampled since the portion was so huge tasted amazing! Chocolate mouse cake – a slice big enough for 3 of us to share was a perfect ending

When walked in the front door, there was a hostess and busboy standing at the desk. The busboy looked shocked like he had never seen a person of color before and stood there looking at my family with his mouth open as we told the hostess we needed a table for three. She looked down and made a face of annoyance and disgust and shook her head and sighed. At this point, we probably should have left, but we had been traveling all day and our son was looking forward to having dinner at the Olive Garden. We were seated and the waitress in our section became clearly uncomfortable with my husband and son having brown skin color. She kept pacing back and forth and went over to the hostess and the two were whispering back and forth because she clearly did not want to wait on us and the hostess made eye contact with my husband and looked incredibly uncomfortable. For the remainder of the time we were in the restaurant she proceeded to walk past and not make eye contact with us.
A young gentleman by the name of Jude agreed to take our table and thank goodness. He was clearly very busy and not working in our section but he was SO kind and polite. He waited on our table and treated my family with respect. I have a gluten allergy and he made sure the manager came over to speak with us about the food preparations. I cannot say enough good things about Jude and we are so grateful for his kindness.
I cannot fathom how in 2025 that there is still such blatant racism that exists. I know there aren’t a ton of brown and black people in West Virginia, but my God, has anyone heard of human decency? We visited this exact location before and never received such terrible treatment. It’s bad enough that the patrons of the restaurant walk by and stare like we’re in a zoo, but to be so blatantly disrespected by the staff is beyond unacceptable. I can say with certainty that my family will never return to this location in the future under any circumstance when we travel through again. I believe that Olive Garden needs to look into doing some serious training on racism and educate their employees on how people who have varying degrees of melanin in their skin are still human beings that deserve decency, kindness, and respect. This is not our first rodeo dealing with people being unkind and hateful because we are an interracial family, but I have to say that it was one of the most disappointing experiences because we expected and have always received a better quality of experience from visiting the Olive Garden.
If you do decide to visit this location, ask to be seated in Jude’s section so you will have a good experience and receive kindness and respect.

Went here to have a nice romantic meal with my fiancée. Our food was amazing and the service was phenomenal with very attentive staff. my only downfall was that when our food arrived we were bombarded by gnats. i counted at least 8 on the wall beside us with more flying around. honestly i’ve never had a problem before this

Our most recent visit was a 5 star experience, the food was outstanding and the waitress was very friendly and her service was excellent. I only give them a 4 star rating because our previous 3 experiences were less than subpar. Although the first time we ate here it was an outstanding experience as well. It’s make us think that the quality of the food and service is all dependent on the server we get and the manager on duty at the time.

Unfortunately out of all the times myself and my family have visited, today was weird. First, my mother ordered a sweet tea and she received it in a dirty cup. Our server replaced it, no big deal. Then when she got her Alfredo, there was a hair in it. We did also get this replaced. Also our Alfredo was a very measly portion size like a child’s size in a small bowl (when did this change but the prices keep going up?) to and the meal, when my husband went to pay they charged us twice on my mothers hairy Alfredo.
Our serves was nice and very attentive, but I’m not sure what’s going on with the kitchen staff and the change in portion size (it was almost laughable how small our Alfredo portions were).

We waited about an hour to be seated but when we got seated we were pleasantly surprised by the room between tables. Our waiter was wonderful and our food was delicious. I would recommend to anyone that isn’t in a hurry just remember it is the newest restaurant in this area.
