I’ve been to this Dunkin several times to try and give them a chance after messing up my orders several times, and they just aren’t redeeming themselves. I ordered a caramel iced latte with oat milk due to my dairy sensitivity, and the guy working at the speaker repeated oatmilk back to me and the drink they gave me was not made with oatmilk and it was not on the tag on the drink. I understand I should have checked before leaving but really? Should I really have to do that? If the drink is repeated back to me correctly but the drink handed to me was wrong, that’s on them.

Amazing staff who care about children and pay attention ensuring their safety going above and beyond job requirements And duties out of the genuine goodness of their hearts. Every employee at this location supports and demonstrates genuine hard work dedication and love for serving the community in both professional And personable mannerisms. Friendly outgoing and abiding by the guidelines in every way. By far the best and my favorite location in the entire 815 And surrounding areas. This is the only location other than the one inside Walmart in Belvidere that will make me skip a trip to starbucks .

I go here daily to get the same exact drink for my gf and myself every time, a Strawberry Daydream Refresher, Light foam, Light ice. Every time I get mine, it’s incorrect, they fill the cup 3/4 full of ice and ignore the request for Light ice, or sometimes even underfill the drink entirely. If I wanted that much ice, I’d have just grabbed a bag from Walmart. They are very polite, and courteous, but they also don’t like to do any drink requests properly.

All the employees are always super friendly and sweet besides the girl who is usually working the window in the mornings. Without fail she always has a bad attitude, is in such a rush to shove things out the window at you something is always missing, never smiles and will cut you off before you get a chance to finish speaking. This used to be the best dunkin but lately this customer service is incredibly disappointing.

They have breakfast items, all day with makes it convenient for a quick treat for when im on the go and in a rush. And its affordable.They also have a changing menu that keeps things updated with the holidays, so theres always so.thing new, like there valentines menu. Plus friendly staff.

Coffee is usually fine. If you order through the app and have food of any kind in that order, you pretty much always have to go back to the counter or drive through because they either give you the wrong items or give you nothing at all.

Coffee was good but not the size I ordered.. Bagel was wrong. The second day I went they got the bagel correct but messed up my coffee. No syrup in it at all.
