“My brother and I went to BBQ for the first time on my birthday. Veg price was ₹399 and non-veg was ₹449. The starters were amazing, but there were fewer options in non-veg and more options in veg. The food was really good, we liked it a lot. It was value for money – a must visit!” I gave 9/10

Vistited for a corporate lunch. The service was below expectations compared to other outlets — offers were available but many drinks were denied to provide & no use of that package just gimmick. The place was quite noisy, & after being seated, staff attention was minimal. With better service coordination, the experience could be much improved.
Food quality is upto the mark but it can’t be compromised with other qualities.

We visited on 14th February for Valentine’s Day and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything was well managed despite the rush, and the team ensured we felt comfortable throughout.
Looking forward to visiting again soon, especially for a big group party next time.

Before I was not much confident about the food and service due to negative reviews of this branch specifically regarding the new big buffet offer
But I was wrong my experience with them was absolutely fantastic starting from the siting arrangements they joined tables making room for my friends
The big buffet offer is best as they serve snacks on table hot and fresh in your plates it feels like your family member is serving you insisting you to eat more and try out everything and take as many times as you want without any hesitation that was great.
The menu was small as compare to regular menu but it is affordable too only 479 also if you are visiting in group you can apply offer and get the deal in 405 per person … And go that money it is worth the deal as you get enough variety of food and also good taste and service…
They gave a complementary cake for celebration
The person who is serving us is very soft-spoken and gave best service 100 stars for him …
The starters were excellent in my opinion my friends had a mix opinion but all the starters were good ,veg kebab crispy corn chicken tikka pineapple were on top , the chicken meat balls can be improved
The main course is also good like paneer gravy dal makhni were best , also chicken tikka and egg curry are good , chicken fried rice is also tasty and breads are served on table they are fresh and soft … The Chinese section noodles and Manchurian need improvement
They also had salad variety too
The best part is dessert after starters the anguri gulab jamun were the best , pastry is also good but phirni and Shahi tukda need slight improvement.
Also they provide icecreams in two flavours vanilla with chocolate syrup and strawberry with red syrup and it is yummy …
Also you can order drinks by paying extra for that and it is affordable too you can get drinks in 100-200 rupes only and they are also good I will recommend blue ocean …
The best part about bbq nation is there service which is top notch , also they can serve you specific things on request in main course also they customise according to you and ask for the same from you… It is true some items are very tasty some are good and some are not good like noodles but only some like 1-2 items are generally bad and it is okay , we can focus on other 20 items that are tasty… As I had experienced bad food in expensive cafes and restaurants too some dishes are really bad and also very expensive but we can’t do anything…and in bbqnation we get unlimited variety of food for the price of one dish from expensive restaurant…
In conclusion yes you should definitely try this bbq nation experience atleast once and it is the best time for that due to existing offer only in 500 you can enjoy buffet and get good dining experience… So must try

Very Bad Experience – Barbeque Nation, Model Town
I visited Barbeque Nation, Model Town for dinner today, and the experience was extremely disappointing.
After sitting for 15 minutes, they finally provided plates and cutlery. Even worse, water was served only after my dinner was half over, despite asking for it at least 10 times.
I requested spicy prawns, but they were never served. The staff kept saying “it’s coming” again and again.
Even after repeatedly insisting, there was a 30-minute waiting time just to place the order.
I have visited many Barbeque Nation outlets across India, but this was by far the worst service I have ever experienced.
The staff appeared untrained and completely careless about customer experience.
Highly disappointed. Not recommended at all.
