Update: I was promised a refund by the manager after waiting 3 weeks (said 3-5 business days). Still no refund. Management needs to step down and allow someone to take over who can come through on promises. I think a call to cooperate will fix the problem.
BE WARNED DO NOT EAT HERE. The pizza tastes undercooked if your lucky to get any. The buffet is never stocked and when food comes out hungry patrons swarm to get what they can before it’s gone. They offer gluten free pizza but there is a up charge (even though you are not eatting the rest of the buffet). Never tried the gluten free pizza because waited 30 minutes and never came out. There also was a bucket of brown matter near the tables that got dumped on the floor (please refer to attached picture). Tables were not being cleaned. There are no trash cans so things just got thrown on floor. Customers coming in were in line behind 4 people requesting refunds. Additionally, when you pay, they request a tip and you can’t put zero for a tip. Why do you have to tip at a buffet? especially when there’s no food.

Stopped by for lunch last Sunday to find the restaurant poorly managed and terribly short staffed. We waited over 10 minutes at the register when we got there. One of our friends was ahead of us and had been waiting even longer. When someone finally showed up, we found the buffet virtually empty with only three pieces of pizza, and a few with dessert toppings. It then remained empty until we needed to leave. Would have been better to temporarily close the business if there is not enough staff to provide the services people expect rather than collect their money and fail to deliver.

I’ve been visiting Pizza Ranch in Rhinelander, WI, for many years. The Ranch in Burlington, WI, is not quite the same experience. The Pizza is good, but not great, and the same with the Chicken. The selection has brought me back more than once but not because of the flavor. The game room makes it kinda noisy with kids going in and out. This Pizza Ranch has a lot of potential but could value from small changes. The Pizza Ranch brings a great franchise to Burlington. I’m hoping they continue to improve their recipe and don’t be stubborn like many failed restaurant attempts before them. I do love the Pizza Ranch. The wings on Thursday are excellent.

I was very excited to try Pizza Ranch. I went on opening day and the customer service was outstanding! The place was clean, the buffet had great pizza choices, and some amazing crispy chicken. The spicy pizza was to die for! The dining area has plenty of seating for large parties. They have an arcade fun zone area in the back. I love that they have a huge parking lot and it’s located right off the main highway.

Everything stayed in stock, the staff was very helpful to make sure you had what you wanted, knew the flavors and variety of everything on the buffet and the table clean up was swift.
Mentioned to management how much we appreciated them and the staff and they were very grateful. They work hard to make sure you’ll enjoy your experience. They have fun while working and their management style is reflected on the friendliness of the staff as they take care of you.

We had dinner here tonight and the staff were outstanding! We had 9 people total and they quickly cleaned out a room for us, which was not expected, but so nice! We had 3 toddlers so the room was convenient. They had the speciality pizza we requested out pretty quickly. Everywhere in Pizza Ranch was kept very clean!
Dante was so kind and helpful in the arcade-quickly jumping in to help without even having to be asked. He offered us bags for the toys the kids won so we didn’t lose them.
We stayed for 3 hours and the kids won plenty of things! None of the games were too hard & the prize choices were great!

Our group had a get-together at the Burlington location. We had use of the private party room. We were greeted very nicely at the door by Alex who showed us to the space. Jennifer came in and greeted us also which was really nice. The food was good, especially the chicken. If I had to have a suggestion it would be a larger assortment of pizza, however, it was understandable as it was a weeknight and it was snowing outside. Many of us had not been here before but will be back!
I work in customer service management and commend the employees here. They like their job and it shows. They were very hospitable to everyone in our club. Kudos to them!

The girls working on the evening of 2/17 were the kindest, funniest workers I’ve ever witnessed in a pizza ranch. They actually appeared to genuinely like their job and care! So much so, when they realized my sister wasnt eatting the pizza due to a pinapple allergy (ironically all the pizzas that day had pineapple that day) they went above and beyond to rectify the issue (even though she was perfectly happy with the just as delicious chicken).
