What a great location! Been to others that were very questionable. This Bojangles was told notch. Flowers on the tables were great! Set a good atmosphere from the start. Cashier was friendly and helpful-food was very good. Keep up the great work Dacula BJ!!

Great customer service and the presentation of the food was great. Just wish the presentation matched the taste. The only thing hot were my Bo-rounds. My chicken Supremes and seasoned fries were dry and and cold. Hubby has the biscuit and he had no complaints but overall as hungry as we were we could’ve went somewhere else.

Slow service and not rude but not friendly service. The Bo-rounds was not even warm and the sausage biscut fell apart after the first bite because it was so dry. For less than $6 it was okay I guess, but fresh food would have been nice.

Every time I come here even in the afternoons, the food is always fresh and the manager is extremely nice and also all the staff at the Dacula store number 000961. This is my favorite restaurant to eat on a daily basis.

Bojangles is a chain restaurant with locations mostly in the south, and famous for their fried chicken, and biscuits. This was my first time ever eating in Bojangles and my experiences was okay.
We ordered the 12 piece chicken which comes with 2 sides, and a half gallon of lemonade, or sweet tea.
The cashier was very nice, and he let us exchange the included drink for 3 cups instead, so we could get whatever we wanted from the soft drinks machine.
The chicken was okay. I’ve had better. For the sides, we decided to get dirty rice and coleslaw. The rice was okay, but spicy which we weren’t expecting. The coleslaw was pretty good.
The staff was pretty friendly, and helped us with all we needed. Would most likely be back sometime in the future.

Pedimos el pollo de 12 piezas que viene con 2 lados y medio galón de limonada o té dulce.
El cajero fue muy amable, y nos dejó cambiar la bebida incluida por 3 vasos, para que pudiéramos obtener lo que quisiéramos de la máquina de refrescos.
El pollo estaba bien. He tenido mejor. Para los lados, decidimos pedir el arroz y la ensalada de col. El arroz estaba bien, pero picante que no esperábamos. La ensalada de col estaba bastante bien.
El personal era bastante amable y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos. Lo más probable es que vuelva en algún momento en el futuro.

Dacula is our favorite Bojangles location. Cashiers and staff are so friendly and will greet you with friendly smiles. The food always come out fresh and hot! The 5pc supremes combo is a must every time we come here; it’s just something about the crispy chicken tenders dipped in their honey mustard!! And the fries are seasoned and so delicious! You must try their cinnamon biscuits also – so warm and melts in your mouth!

Now I know why there’s never anyone at this Bojangles. To start the AI ordering bot is just annoying. Then you get to the window to be greeted by rude employees who must love their job. Way overpriced for what it is.
Sweet Tea tastes like it was made a week and less than half of the fries are edible. Won’t be back for a while and honestly would be surprised if this place is still in business for too much longer. Just sad…

I eat here about weekly using drive-through for my family. Sometimes more. Honestly for the past year. Food is always amazing. But because One of my sandwiches is the grilled, it takes a consistent 14 to 18 minutes each and every frikin time. In drive-through, mind you. Takes so long they usually forget my napkins. Kinda wish there was another closer location I could frequent instead. But I do ❤️ the taste.
