The atmosphere is casual but inviting. They have signs all over which were interesting, funny and we could agree with just about all of them!
It’s definitely worth a visit if you are in the area or passing through. We’d definitely go back!
I ordered the Traditional gyro with Greek fries. Quick service and could not wait to try! The Gyro was huge with loads of meat, great flavor! One of the best gyros I have had in some time!! Highly recommend!
Today, I stopped in for lunch. While I was eating, I talked with my wife, and guess what we’re having for supper!? I had to bring home “to go” food to reheat this evening.
Great food, nice people, an actual Greek dude owns it and cooks there, so it’s all authentic.
Let me start with reasons for 5 stars. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. The cooking area is impeccably clean (maybe the cleanest I’ve ever seen at a Greek restaurant like this). The food was well seasoned. The staff was very friendly.
Now let me explain 3 stars. From the descriptions I had read and from seeing the menu online I “assumed” this was a sit down table service restaurant. It’s not. In fact, it’s hard to spot, tucked into the corner of a two-story multi-day building. You order at a counter and pick up your food at a window. They have no fountain drinks, only cans and bottles. While the gyro meat was tasty it was not hot. Hardly even warm. I paid for extra tzatziki sauce but I got very little.
So I would say that if you come with the right expectations it would be great. For “Greek fast food” it was very good (just heat the gyro meat a little more). 🙂
