Went here for ice cream. They don’t have chocolate ice cream here. Just a $.50 increase for chocolate syrup. I think their prices are a bit high. It was $11 for two quite small blizzards. This may not be in their control. Despite this, the staff was very friendly and service was good.

I went through the drive thru on 12/21/25. The employee who took the order and the cashier was very rude and unprofessional. In my opinion, if you didn’t want to come to work you should have not came to work. Some things need yo be changed within that environment at this location on Phelan. Veru bad service from those two ladies. However, the young lady who cooked in the back was lovely.

The lady (Emily) who took our order was nice. The manager was rude acting like she didn’t want to be bothered when called and complained about the order being wrong. Ordered burger only mustard cheese and meat only got mayo cheese meat only instead, was really disgusted because I can’t stand that for the money I paid they couldn’t get my food right. Also the workers there are so disorganized and slow.

Handed us our ice creams long before our food was ready. It was awesome watching it melt while we waited. Had to put it in the car with the ac blasting. Heaven forbid they put it in the mini freezer behind the counter. None of the staff were wearing any type of hairnet. The cooks had hair to the small of their backs. At that point it’s not even a food code issue. It’s a safety issue, they are operating in areas with open flames. Her red hair looked nice, but it won’t if it catches on fire.
Place is not as good as it was, still better than some of the other DQs.

I can’t say enough good things about this Dairy Queen! The staff here are some of the hardest-working, kindest people I’ve ever met. Every time I go in or drive through, they are so friendly and welcoming, no matter how busy they are. They always go above and beyond to make sure everything is right, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. It’s always a great experience here—thank you for making every visit such a pleasant one!

We ordered a #1 meal and a fish sandwich. They prepared the fish sandwich and had me pull around for the order. When we got our food the #1 neither were the French fries fresh after 10 minutes of waiting! Why the hell wasn’t the WHOLE order fresh after that time?? I swear people these days are just simply stupid. How hard is it to exercise just regular common sense? I hadn’t been to a Dairy Queen in ages and I won’t be visiting again because now I remember why I didn’t patronage them. This mess is despicable. You should take pride in your work and quit short changing people just because you CHOSE to accept a minimum wage paying job! I wouldn’t give them any stars if that were an option more like the (middle) finger. So sad…
