Really good, although quite sweet, Dominican style sushi. A truly unique experience away from more traditional sushi, it seems to utilize a lot of honey in its recipes, not quite a dessert, but still a little sweet. Would definitely recommend this place, and this branch, as one of the better options in Santo Domingo.

Absolutely disappointing. I’m giving 2 stars because the place is beautiful and it’s well decorated.
We ordered sushi, nachos and beer.
The beer wasn’t cold enough, the rice was not sushi grade, it wasn’t properly seasoned and it was way overcooked and chewy.
Nachos were supposed to have jalapenos but they didn’t, they weren’t even spicy also the meat was warm (not hot enough) tasted old and greasy and not properly seasoned.
To give us the cherry of the pie, when we expressed our issues to the staff, they told us we were wrong.
There is way too much room for improvements in this place but I doubt I’ll come again to check if they did something about it.

Well let star off by saying that service and these places come first, yeah they have a good mix sushi cusine if you want to call it like that, but the service from their employees is not good, like not good at all I honestly think they don’t get paid well, they treat you like they are doing you a favor. For the food is great if you like a modern and domican take on sushi, the service is where I honestly think they need to improve.
