This is by far the best burger king. I will literally go out of my way to come here. Lisa is the manager and not only does she treat the customers great she also good to her team. You can tell everyone has respect for eachother and you can see the teamwork. This restaurant puts me in a good mood because where ever I look the team is smiling.. That goes a long way!. The food is always fresh and correct. Thank you burger king team for your excellent service.

Worst experience ever. Not only did I not receive part of my order, what I did get is absolute trash. I will never go to another burger king again. How do you expect people to want to buy food here if this is the kind of quality you put out. And than to not receive everything that I paid for in my order. You’ve lost yet another customer. I recommend going to Wendy’s next door. Not only is their food better but you get everything you order and pay for.

Got a chicken wrap meal and both pieces of chicken in my chicken wraps were old and hard . Fries were fresh but the chicken was gross. Was just trying to eat something quick on lunch and couldn’t even eat it .

I have lived in the area for some time. Every time I have gone to this BK, the people have been exceptional. Sometimes they are not always the fastest, and the food isn’t the hottest, but that does not mean they aren’t trying. They have helped me near closing time, when they are packed, when they are slow, and been nothing but friendly in each interaction. I want to shout out Lisa & Dawnya for being kind, helpful, and for the exceptional service they provided to me. I think there are some people on here that lack empathy, and fail to understand that everyone is a person, with their own things going on. Maybe take a deep breath next time you get frustrated with someone working in this industry, and ask yourself, “I wonder what kind of day this person is having”. Not everyone is perfect, but today they were. They also have given me a sweet crown several times in the drive through, so thanks for that. Need more Lisa’s & Dawnya’s around.

Hello everyone I went to this Burger King I got treated very poorly. First of all I asked a simple question asking does the double whopper have include chicken it took them 5 to 7 minutes to answer. They did not even tell me if it includes chicken or not. 2 they did not complete my order I ordered a double whopper and 2( 8) piece chicken nuggets . I only got one of the (8) piece chicken nuggets
I went inside to confront the lady who gave me my food she started showing me attitude which I did not apreaciate then she ordered it she never said sorry to me after she starts making werid face expressions and hand gestures I will never forget this I will not recommend anyone to come to this place such poorly service and attitude

Very slow service, short staff. Older female employee was rude to customers. Fish sandwich was overcooked and dry. Fries were old. Very disappointed. Normally I love Burger King, sorry not this location.

The parking lot was all ice, the service was horrible. The poor girl working couldn’t even turn off her headset, we were hearing all the conversations she had going on (including the one on her phone). The food while supposed to be made for us, the burgers were burnt and the cheese not melted. We were even missing 1/2 a patty for the double cheeseburger! Double cheeseburgers aren’t supposed to be crunchy.
