The staff seemed frustrated with other coworkers. Not directly rude, but certainly not pleasant. I get it, and I wasn’t upset. The cashier, who I think was also an assistant manager(her name tag didn’t identify her as such, but she mentioned she had keys to lock up), was VERY upset at the shorthandedness of the day. She made her anger, disappointment, and frustration known with the use of very colorful language that I am, honestly, rather impressed by. I can unleash quite the verbiage at times of high stress, so I was not offended. However, it probably wasn’t appropriate either. Food was fine. What I could see of the kitchen, was clean. My order was accurate. Obviously, due to staff shortages that we were made aware, our order took a few minutes longer to get, but, it was accurate and well made. Worth the wait.

Three customers inside here right now. Ordered a 4 piece chicken strip meal for $4.99 with a drink and hot fudge sundae. The cashier a female brunette was not paying attention at all. Told her three times what the order was. Well I was served a three piece strip dinner. They forgot to give me the drink she ordered. Oh, also they didn’t give her the hot fudge sundae she ordered. Seriously you could use some training here folks.

This place is interesting. While the food came out quickly each time I was there and it was tasty, the restaurant itself is a bit rundown. The outside of this place needs some work and it appears that the whole inside needs some serious cleaning. All the booths and the entire floor were very dirty. Looking like that had not been cleaned in awhile. The food was good however and the service was fast.

Foid is good, it’s my “go to” Dairy Queen, even though I live across town on the west side. Service is good, Staff is friendly. I absolutely LOVE their honey barbecue chicken strips! Their chocolate covered strawberry blizzard is to die for! They make the best blizzards and don’t skimp on ingredients, although I always order extra ingredients, just because. My only complaint is, when eating inside it’s SO COLD. I worked at DQ years ago and I know it’s hot in the kitchen, so I understand. I mostly use drive through so it isn’t a big problem -oh- and they are just as good in the drive through – no skimping or rushing and getting the wrong orders like some of the others. When they are short on help it may take more time. Be patient with them, it will be worth it!

5 star because of the front line lady who is always nice and genuine to me.
1 star for the lady manager working drivethru who would rather roll her eyes at the customer and not only tell them to pull around, but then forget the only condiment I asked for, ketchup.
After she delivered my food she decided to get in her car and hack.
I approached her about the ketchup and she responded with an attitude, ugh I can go get you some ugh.
No apology from her, the manager at all.

Ordered online and picked up in the drive through. Dairy Queen is usually pretty good but this was was terrible. They missed part of the order and apparently don’t know that gravy and ranch are two different things, we didn’t ask for gravy but got it. What we did get was inedible. They need to change the grease out in a bad way. I wasn’t expecting gourmet food but should have been edible. Now some they on the other side of town, out 25 bucks and still hungry.

Fresh hot food. My rating for hear deserves 10 STARS. A MUST PLACE TO COME. I’m definitely will be back. 19th and North Grand Springfield Illinois.

The greeting at the drive thru was fast,done as I pulled up to the speaker wasn’t stopped yet.they greeted u. The service was about normal it takes time to make good ice cream. We was like 3rd or 4th car back and maybe in line for a total of 8, to 10 min not bad. we got 2 blizzards, one was banana split blizzard and the other one was a Reese’s cup blizzard they are good great job guys
