Good food, terrible service. They are often out of everything and super rude. The guy at the drive-through window didn’t greet us, they were out of syrup for the lemonades, and they wanted us to come inside to order for no reason. Service has definitely gone downhill. My Baconator tasted good, that is one redeeming quality.

If you want cheap food, they have it. When I order from the value menu at any Wendy’s, it almost never disappoints. When you opt for a healthier option, things change a bit. The thing that’s frustrating is when they advertise one thing, and give you another. I ordered the Southwest Avocado salad (in the photos). The menu picture shows a full chicken filet and copious bacon covering a bed of deep green leaf lettuce, spinach, and chard. Not a shred of the cheaper, less nutritious, and completely tasteless variety – iceburg – of which the stem of the head was also included. Then you get the salad, which is barely larger than the ceasar side salad my wife got (also in the photos). It is a small scoop of chicken, maybe half a slice of bacon, chopped, and all over a bed of 75-80 percent flavorless iceburg lettuce with a few chard leaves thrown in for show. The poster says Dave Thomas never cut corners, but these people do.

The Coke soda mixer has some nice niche brand soda flavors so it’s fun to visit.

I had a disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location. I went through the drive-through and ordered my food. The associate asked if I wanted a fresh-baked cookie, to which I replied, “Only if it is warm.” She asked again if I wanted the cookie, and I repeated, “Only if it’s warm.” After being asked a third time, I explained that I wanted a heated cookie with melted chocolate. She assured me it was warm and asked if I wanted a sugar or chocolate chip cookie. I chose chocolate chip and pulled forward.
She took my payment but didn’t give me a receipt. Before leaving, I checked the cookie, and it wasn’t warm as promised. I asked for a refund, and a manager gave me a dollar from the drawer. I found this odd because the price on the menu is more than a dollar, but the manager insisted it was correct.
Once in my car, I noticed that my fries were soggy and not hot, and my sandwich felt carelessly made. The only good part of my order was the drink. Overall, this visit left me disappointed, and I wouldn’t recommend this location.
