Placed an online order before 2PM to be ready for pickup by 545 PM. By 6 PM they still hadn’t even started the order, we finally walked away at 625 PM and went home to discover it was was not the correct order. Attempted to call multiple times, only to either be hung up on without being spoken to or left with the phone on, sitting off to the side, with no one answering.
So to summarize, we placed an order for pickup way ahead of schedule, walked in on time, were told our pizza would be ready in 15 minutes, pizza didn’t even go until then and we didn’t see pizzas for nearly another 30 minutes, and they didn’t even give us the right food.
What a waste of time and money. Will not be ordering from this location again, period.

The people working there are doing their jobs, place is clean but how can a freshly cooked pizza (taking 15-20mins) taste like cardboard and dry as the desert. Each location can differ, and now that I’ve sampled what they offer i dont plan to go back. I’d rather spend some extra cash for better food and atmosphere. They haven’t even been a dine in or hangout kind of place but they have dropped significantly in personality. DO BETTER as a franchise!

This place has went so down hill over the last year or so. Used to try to stop in for hot n ready lunch, well at this location they NEVER have anything ready always have to wait then they seem like your bothering them cause you didn’t order online. They do have some fake boxes in the warmer but they are fake , not real food. Guy glares at you while trying to understand when you ask for a lunch special then looks at receipt to see if you tipped and glares some more. Sorry I’m not tipping for rude service and something that is NEVER available even tho all over menu says hot n ready

They are very friendly, they always remember my usual order, they even recognize me over the phone. They’re always kind and attentive their Pizza has always been great that’s why I always come back for more I eat about four times a week at best… I have referred many of my friends here. One time I even got a Little Caesars hat by complimenting one of the employees on their hat…… LOL I love coming here and I will never enjoy another Pizzeria… They’ve never messed up on my order, and I always tip them, because they work so hard to make the customers satisfied and happy….

Just wow. These guys shouldn’t be running this place. They are rude. They intentionally cooked my pizza wrong twice. I asked them to not cook it all the way because I couldn’t chewver good. What the hell happened to this place. Waited for 30 minutes for 2 crazy bread after ordering online. Meanwhile employees were singing and dancing to Indian music while on the phone. Finally an employee asks for my order and then starts making me my food without verifying if I prepaid for it, and handed me my food 10 minutes later then walked back ignoring customers trying to order. I have been going to this location for years and I have never had a bad interaction. I then open my crazy bread to see it be microscopic and covered with flour. Absolutely ridiculous and I will never be going here again.
