The wait is finally over!! I have been wanting to try this place for a very long time, and tonight was the day. There are so many different italian ice flavors to pick from and the best part is that they let you sample the flavors before ordering.
The medium cup lets you pick 4 flavors! We ended up getting mango and Bahama mama…it was so refreshing and so delicious! I wish they had other locations in town.
This will be our special treat when we come on Nine Mile rd! The place is clean and staff were really friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back to try all the other flavors.

This place was fantastic! Super clean, and the mural on the wall was beautiful—such a fun touch. The staff was incredibly kind and patient, never rushing us while we chose our flavors. They even had a list of common allergens available upon request, which is a huge plus for anyone with dietary needs. For example, they offered several Red Dye 40-free options! The Italian ice had a smooth texture and perfect consistency. Some flavors included chocolate chips or other mix-ins—personally, I’d prefer it without, but it was still delicious. They also offer ice cream, which can be added to your Italian ice for a fun twist. Highly recommend!

I love this shop in Pensacola. The girls are always happy to serve, the environment is super clean, and the Italian Ice is absolutely delicious. The boys.. they hold it down as well. Definitely can’t forget about them. At the risk slowing down the process of me getting my Italian ice, I highly recommend this shop. We are headed back now.

Google says they close at ten I came in at about 9:14 however I heard the two employees talking about closing up early I tried the pumpkin spice ice cream and it was good however I requested if there could be more vanilla than pumpkin but was given majority pumpkin. The girl who made it was nice and apologized however because I already hear her asking her employing about closing it made me uncomfortable to ask her to fix the mistake. I did not get it fixed and was left disappointed. Everything was clean and nice. If you go definitely go early.

Love this place! Friendly staff, great tasting soft serve and Italian ice. They give samples so you can try before you order. Very affordable for what you get. I’ve tried over a dozen flavors and all are great.
Tip: When they ask if you want a lid if you’re ordering drive-thru say NO! If you can anyway. Putting the lid on will keep your treat safe but without the lid they go above the rim with the treat.

Super cute! Great service. The soft serve vanilla ice cream with butter cookie crumble is soooo good. They also let u sample flavors. I love this spot, and I’m glad it’s bringing life to this cute little shopping plaza. Cute wall mural, too.

THE BEST!!!!!!!!! Jeremiah’s has been my favorite sweet treat for so long, I am THRILLED they’ve made it to Pensacola and are now open! The store is awesome and drive thru is a game changer! The staff is super friendly, hard working and helpful when exploring the menu and the endless options to try. You can try all of their flavors with free samples or pick from their “Flavorites” menu..my favorite will forever be the classic scoop froggy frog! The Italian ice, soft serve combo (gelati) is insanely delicious and the best in town. If you’ve never had a taste of Jeremiahs you MUST try! 10/10 experience
