As you can see on the Photos, what they advertise, and what you get, are not even remotely close. Yes, that’s maybe a quarter slice of cheese, and I hope they don’t go Bankrupt putting so much lettuce on. Drive thru, better make sure you ask for sauce, it is the only way you’ll get any. I can just picture a Jumbo Jack from here. Jack Bun, with a Jr Patty, piece of Onion, half slice Tomato, and a piece of Pickle. Quarter slice of cheese if you order it. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!

Ugh!!! Wanted to do some errands and wasn’t even thinking about breakfast, but I lost electricity before I even had my coffee !!!
Soo, my very first stop was this Jack in the Box. It was right in the area I was going to do my rounds!
I was greeted upon entering. The lobby was clean and quiet (which I prefer when I haven’t had coffee ☕️!)
And I noticed a new menu item: waffle sticks! I ordered my croissant and the waffle sticks. Both fresh, tasty and hit the spot!
My new travel mascot “CC” was with me and decided to take a closer look at my food. It is definitely a foodie!!!

So I ordered using my points to get a free jumbo jack no onions I ordered went to handle some business then went there got there i was loading my app up and the guy ask me of I ordered (very nice by the way I can see its his first job) but I said I Ordered on the app and I pulled it up he said oh that order been handed out I’m like but I never got it he said the manager handed it out and she will come explain she came and said yes a lady came picked it up she refuse to look at my app at the recipe she said she was very rude I worked at jack n the box and never treat people like that like my name on the order is “Marcelien the alien” who else will have that name on the order I’m filing a police report on her for stealing I’m never going to this store again I will drive outside my district to go to another jack n the box

The drive thru cashier Jarissa R was extremely rude! The order was wrong and she was very unprofessional! I know I’m not eating from a 5 Star restaurant but would expect great customer service. Even with inflation and a bad economy, respect is still needed.
