If you like managers who talk down to their employees and customers and complain about their workplace, this is the place to be. You’ll receive a microwaved burger and rock hard toast. We asked if they had a grilled cheese and were told yes, but what we received was literally inedible. It was harder than a rock. My kid would’ve probably broken a tooth trying to bite into it. Not exaggerating. My burger wasn’t even remotely warm and she’s back there yelling at her employees about cross contamination? This place needs fixed. From the food to the condescending female red haired manager with glasses and a nose ring. She’s mean and demanding and needs a class in being a decent person. My kids asked for ice cream but I don’t want to give them more of our money and I’m tired of listening to her boss these workers around, so we’ll go elsewhere.

The manager personally took my order and was friendly and polite. They called and confirmed if a necessary change needed was okay before continuing my cake order. The crew workers were also very polite and friendly. I stopped going to this DQ years ago due to poor service and food quality, but I look forward to frequenting this DQ after our recent experience!

This was the dirtiest Dairy Queen I’d ever been in. The outside had weeds all over, and had a railing falling over. Inside was not better. All the tables were dirty and floor and bathrooms too. They were not busy, so really no excuse for the inside being so dirty with the number of employees that were working. We received our ice cream before our meal and then asked why. They said they could put it back in the freezer until we ate our meal. Then, they bring the ice cream out with our meal. Zero common sense! I would NOT recommend!!

Only people in the place and burgers barely looked cooked and buns were soggy. Onion rings and fries were cold. Seemed like they cooked our food and just let it set out before serving us. Must be why it took so long to get it. Ordered ice cream after meal so it would be fresh. A little busier by that time. Same problem. Took forever and not sure how the blizzard didn’t spill when upside down, because soft serve was an understatement.

I spent 20 bucks there the customer service was shity very unprofessional my banana shake was runny, I didn’t get any texts toast and I got a strawberry Sundae with artificial strawberries I was very dissatisfied with them and their service and I don’t know if I will go back!!!

While stopping by on a road trip this evening, staff were wearing headphones and were nonresponsive and rude while attempting to place order. After an extraordinary wait, staff nonchalantly handed me another customers bag of food without saying a word. This was by far the worst Dairy Queen experience that I have experienced, and I unfortunately would not recommend visiting this establishment.

Did a quick stop to get some DQ fast food. Been to other DQ and they were great. Fast in and out. Not this location. Placed order and waited 30 minutes. They were out of bums so they use white bread instead. Sad to say we didn’t get the DQ foodie experience I am used to. The manager pretty much say that is our order minus the bums. Didn’t offer to refund. Order-Bums=No Order. I am not a happy customer. For this DQ, Happy doesn’t taste Good.

Food was decent, helpful employee however the restaurant itself is dirty! Some one had moved a table for his family to sit together and this was under the table Mind you, this was at lunch time so this wasn’t from earlier in the day, it had obviously been there for some time. Tables were not wiped off either.
