Some people think all fast food restaurants are the same. McDonald’s in Omaha, Nebraska taste just like McDonald’s in New Jersey. This isn’t true. I have to say this, this Burger King made the most delicious meal of any Burger King I’ve ever gone to; everything was perfect.

Another disappointing update:
Was craving a whopper and shake. Ordered around 9:25pm after work. They close at midnight. Said the order would be ready at 9:30pm. Go to pick it up and they give us our food and no shakes and tell us we’re all set and shut the window. We then have to knock on the window to get their attention and let them know we had 2 shakes. Instead of proper communication she goes and grabs the manager who conveniently tells us the machines are down. Now why are the machines down at 9:30pm when they close at midnight, AND it still lets us order thru the app. They tried to offer us cookies in placement of shakes but what do you know- THEY SHUT THE OVENS OFF TOO.
Good when they wanna work. Close at 1am but yet shut down the milkshake machines at 10:30, and don’t make any more cookies either.
Why would you let people do mobile orders and expect to be able to order during OPERATING HOURS, CHARGE US, then say we have to contact customer support. This is insane. If you don’t carry certain items after a certain time, SAY IT. this isn’t the first time.

I mean it’s my fault for eating at a Burger King but it was my favorite as a kid. Ordered on the app and stood inside for 30-45 mins and no one would acknowledge my existence. Like 6-7 people stood behind me and walked out after I did. Kinda crazy how things work these days. They might as well close the inside.

Anytime I order here through Grub Hub entire meals are missing, not hit or miss… EVERY TIME. I’m not quite sure why its so difficult to pay attention to what was ordered and follow it. Disappointing I’d rather take my money places that pay attention and fulfill orders conpletely

This place is always smoking. I swear they make the food to order. It’s always been fresh, sometimes there is a bit of a wait for being fast food, however I don’t recall ever having incorrect items. We tend to order later in the evening and sometimes they do have to prep things & let us know our option of waiting or declining. They’ve always been super nice, surprising for a fast food chain.

Mason at the drive thru was extremely rude and unprofessional. Employee number 764410. Started calling rude and unprofessional names when I said do you know so and so that works there. Will be calling corporate. Good way to talk about your manager, mason!!

It was sorta humorous while I was waiting for drive through, I was thinking back to over 40 yrs ago when BK was my first job. I could still remember how to make a whopper, and this wasn’t it .
In defense, i did order it with no tomato or onions.
I did assume it would come with enough lettuce to cover the top bun and perhaps Mustard and Ketchup. I don’t eat there often, but this isn’t going to get me back

A shame. Nearly inedible breakfast food. Neither of us were satisfied whatsoever with the lack of effort or pride in the food they serve here. Photo is a bacon egg and cheese “biscuit”.
