I’m making this an issue because the manager on duty tonight named Jordan, she was very rude and disrespectful. She came to the counter and said the Auntie was closed with an attitude. She was rude did disrespectful. I was telling her that I was exchanging my sandwich because my sandwich was messed up. It was incorrect and the way how she was moving her hand Talking about the inside was closed when I didn’t know the inside was closed. She should’ve said that in a proper way and a proper manner that’s not how our manager supposed to create their sales. this is not the first time that people have incidents with this manager It’s like she was being a very aggressive, rude and disrespectful

Charging $.50 for sauce is criminal when the meal is already $15+… I just paid $2 extra because I sidnt want my burger to be plain and dry along with my large fries. Looks like I’ll be leaving Wendys in 2025. All of these companies are getting greed.

Was okay‘ish, got the Krabby Patty combo but it didn’t hold up to the recommendations. The burger tasted mostly just like a normal whopper but the fries were pretty solid. The pineapple ice cream though was way to sweet and actually only enjoyable because I paid like 4$ for it…
But the most random thing was that I wanted to wash my hands before eating. But first of all they had a lock on the bathroom door (not a PIN code lock, a key lock!) and I got told that somehow someone took apparently the ONLY key for this door home??
Also it was pretty amazing seeing someone doing a work meeting with a webcam in a Wendy’s(?).
But to end on a good note it was really nice seeing a homeless man fishing a cup out of the trash and filling it on the refill station, actually wholesome because he didn’t bother anyone and was just thirsty.
But wouldn’t come back, except for a Chum Burger, wich is probably more fitting anyways…

Food is usually correct. Never have issues getting compensated if it’s not. Never have an issue with service, and the speed of service is usually very decent. They’re doing well to be the only Wendy’s open in the area while others renovate.
