Been ordering here since it opened some years ago and never had a bad experience.
Had ordered a take out delivery and they shorted me 3 or 4 wings from a 20 PC wing order, not a huge deal so I called and inquired about the missing ones. The manager said they gave me a voucher towards my next order so fast forward I place an order today… and no voucher, oh well.
Anyways still a great place for wings, the hot honey rub is amazing paired with the garlic parmesan. Thank you Keldon, you made my night better sir!

My family frequently eat take out from Wing Stop. My family doesn’t deserve to eat dark greasy that look like they were using a fryer with old oil earlier prior to my order. The bottom of the bend is what I received with new fries on the top. I call and the manager on duty declined to provide her name and offer me a manager for the following visit the next day. Since we were keeping the chicken and no offer to recook my order I decided to bring them back immediately. The manger I never saw but she told here employees to tell me that the fries come in bits a pieces with no explanation for the dark greasy texture. It’s sad that businesses no longer hire people that take pride in their jobs. I wasn’t even offered a fresh bag. Back home now reheating my food and the family ate chicken wings with no side. Wing Stop tell me this is not the way you do business. We may choose a different location or not at all. Photos show the fries after we took off the fresh 10 – 15 fries or so and what was underneath and the new batch after I made a second trip. Enough is enough! I would not serve what I would not eat! Would You!

I came to this Wingstop in route to my house after work. This is my first time coming here. I always get a six piece wing combo and always pay ..60 for all flats @ any other Wingstop. I go to this Wingstop and the “Manager????” Shalonda/Sharonda wanted to charge me $1.25 for all flats. If all Wingstop are the same. how can she/they make their own price. I was told all Wingstop are ran the same ( I’m talking about here in Houston) If Corp office is reading this, and she isn’t suppose to be charging that amount, please call that store. If she isn’t supposed to be charging that amount…….. Red Flag

I switched Wingstop’s location to this one two years ago. It’s been good, but lately the hold times are extremely long. It takes me no more than a minute to give my order, but I have to wait ten-plus minutes to place my order. I’m considering a new location.

I called in today prepared to place my regular order 50 pcs classic combo. According to the manager, they weren’t accepting orders 40 + over the phone. My number has no issues. And this is my nearby store. I was disappointed.

The staff are rude and lack basic customer service skills. There was no greeting, and this is the second time it has happened. The process of asking for an email and confirmation number is ridiculous and extremely inefficient.

Not the best experience at this Wingstop. Probably won’t be going back. $33 for a meal and everything kind of just sucked, aside from the wings themselves. The fries were over cooked, and super salty. They mixed the hot wings with the lemon pepper and not sure how they poured it in there but the hot sauce was everywhere. It leaked out the container onto the other box of wings too, and on all the veggie sticks. Not sure what was on the veggie sticks either but I chunked those since it had an oily layer and they just looked bad. I left the bag as is on the car seat and never once did it fall/tip over. This is ridiculous. They even placed the sticker on there without previewing the food like other Wingstops I’ve been to before.
