From fresh salads to hand-tossed pizza & the Biggest Lobster Roll in Town. Chef Coco says it best, “The Pub is a meeting ground for all of us. They really need to do something about the flies. And ladybugs. No exaggeration, there were hundreds. Made us question eating food from there. The chips and guacamole is good, pre-made assumably though. We got the margherita pizza. It was tasty, I appreciate how much basil they aren’t afraid to use. Could’ve used more tomato, but I just personally love tomatoes. I really think the pizza would’ve been better if it had red sauce. Drinks are fine. But overall it was pretty expensive. $18 cocktails is pretty steep for very basic/common drinks. I could understand if they were creatively crafted cocktails.

I highly recommend the strawberry basil Collins, delicious! Excellent carne asada street tacos with chimmichuri and lime. Great waiter and view.

I went to the pub for lunch. I ordered the club sub I think it was. So. Much. Food! But oh so good! Meals were in the $20 range but it’s virtually 2 meals. My son loved the turkey sandwich as well. Stop in!

Best service I’ve had in ages. Jimmy is attentive, funny, and genuinely enjoys his craft. Menu is unique and everything was delicious. Atmosphere is the perfect ski lodge experience.

I was met by a hostess that gave me the choice of a table or the bar. Once seated at the bar it took a bartender twenty minutes to ask me if I wanted a drink. He claimed the pile of plastic cups at the end of the bar kind of hid me from sight. I asked him for a menu because I was hungry. He never returned. I was also confused on who was a bartender and who was a table waitress. They were all standing in a circle chatting and flirting and paying no attention to the customers. I felt alone in the pub. I felt very small and not important. No one bothered to say hello and how my day was. I had to ask for my tab to pay for the one beer I purchased. I’ve been a pass holder since the mountain reopened and I miss Sugarloaf’s Bag and Kettle where I got excellent service. None of these bartenders had any personality at all. First time I left zero tip.

Typical Ski Lodge food. Named after trails. Pizzas looked like deep dish, but we didn’t order one. House fried chips are nice and crisp even though they are a bit thicker than regular potato chips. Reuben with pastrami was good too.

Be careful on the roads going to the pub as they are tearing up the road, and not sure if they are going to resurface.

Chef Coco is amazing! We love her! Incredibly tasty food. Fun friendly atmosphere. A little understaffed but we get it. We can be patient while the mountain grows and takes shape. Thank you Saddleback for making this place great!

Disappointed in the new menu in The Pub, which is very limited for entree selections and high priced. Between us, my husband and I ordered two burgers, which came with potato chips (or side salad, or fries) one cup of soup, and one soda for lunch. Our bill was $49! For two burgers and a cup of soup!?? The burger was okay, but not a $21 burger. The entree selections were seriously lacking. Only four- a sub sandwich, a bean burrito, hot (as in spicy) chicken sandwich and the burger. We had visited in October and there was a great menu with classic selections. Bring back classics like the Reuben, panini sandwiches, haddock plate, grilled chicken sandwich, etc. Or how about cozy classics like mac and cheese, grilled cheese, pot pies, meatloaf?! You can still make classics and put a spin on them to make them more interesting. A lot of the apps were not appealing either – a lot of spicy/hot options. Didn’t try the pizza, so can’t speak to that. Service was okay. View great as always. Won’t be back unless there’s a menu change.
