I used to frequent this place about 10 years ago when I had a friend who lives in town. We both loved it, both the hard ice cream and soft serve. Coming back so many years later I was really hoping I hadn’t imagined how good it was. It not only as good as I remembered or better, but they have an amazing selection of ice cream. Also appreciated is their base of many flavors are actually made into the flavor of the ice cream, opposed to just throwing whatever ingredient into vanilla. For example an Oreo base ice cream and a devil dog base. Spoons are a solid 10/10.

The ice cream was actually a lot better than I expected. I’d say it just makes it in my Top 5 best ice cream on all time. Everyone knows Mrs. Walkers in Toms River is #1 but Sundaes in Point doesn’t disappoint. Hey that rhymes. My server Sophia Alexis Lavino was really stingy with the ice cream samples, we might need to work on that a little bit, but she was also really really sweet. You could really tell she was motivated and ready to go, even after a long shift. And her smile, forget it, everyone knows the trick to selling ice cream is to serve it with a smile and she doesn’t that perfectly. Amazing worker you have there, don’t lose young talent like that bc she’s definitely an up and coming prospect in the Ice Cream server league. If it were professional sports, she’d be the Michael Jordan of Ice Cream serving. Really something special, and I’m absolutely blessed to have been served my someone as remarkable as her. 8.73/10 ice cream with 12/10 service. Absolutely remarkable.

We love this place. All the flavors are delicious. I find most ice cream pretty bland nowadays. But here it’s fresh and tastes really good. It gets busy but moves fast. No doubt the best place around.

Was visiting NJ and this place was recommended by my aunt who lives in Brick Township. Cost a little more than your grocery store ice cream cake but the taste and flavor is worth it. I bought this log cake for my son’s birthday and added candles and signage. We got the Ooey Gooey Cake (I think that’s what it’s called)

I grew up in Pt Pl, NJ loving Sundaes! Planning my trip home, we all knew we weren’t going out, staying home, being safe – however, Sundaes was a priority. Didn’t care if I had to wear a HazMat suit, I was getting my Sundaes fix while in NJ for a few days. Turns out, they were exceptional w/social distancing!
Olivia, seriously makes the best sundaes on the planet. It was perfect & OMG delicious! Perfect ratio of ice cream to additional treats! Got great feedback from our other orders as well.
Olivia was very kind, professional, very safe & clean and did a great job with our yummy orders and understood my love for this ice cream shop!
The family loves Sundaes so much during my stay that we got a Log Cake (To die for) & the kind young man at the counter, Liam, even wrote “Yoda” on the cake for our Mandalorian Marathon! THAT was AWESOME!! I was so impressed & happy that we went back the next night for an ice cream cake for end of year holiday movie party!
YUMMY! I highly recommend Sundaes! Thank you Olivia & Liam for creating fun memories of my time home with my family who I hadn’t seen in a year.
Confession – My last night in NJ my nephews called to say they were coming to say goodbye, I made them stop at Sundaes before they came over. True story.

I gave Sundaes 3 stars because your seasonal Key Lime Pie which is very good, however, took points for cost which I almost thought was a mistake. I only ordered 2 small cups of icecream and asked the girl for a very small side of hot fudge which she said would cost a dollar or so. I ended up paying $15.50 for my order which I felt was extremely high.

My nephew who has celiac was now able to finally have ice cream cake with us tonight because Sundaes in brick sells it without the crunchies.
Ps we did buy the crunchies on the side

Incredibly delicious real ice cream, but bring a thick wallet. Sooo expensive. 1 item and a tip for the workers, $10. Ugh.
