Just terrible. The tables were all sticky and dirty. There was one set of benches that didn’t even have a table. We watched at least 5 families jump back in surprise as they went to sit down because it looked vacant but there was no table between the benches. They kept insisting we order on the app to get faster service but the did was cold and slow regardless of that. The chicken tenders were mostly breading… the burger was tough and the fries were soggy and cold. We continued to eat the burger and tenders because we paid a total of $40 but we tossed the fries and the onion rings because they were terrible. The atmosphere was so gross. They played the same 3 songs over again. Holding out for a hero by Bonnie Tyler, We don’t need another hero by Tina Turner and My Hero by the foo fighters. Maybe they did that so ppl could get fed up and leave? Also it was very dim in there I felt drained after eating there and sick bc I couldn’t believe how awful the food was and the dirty environment.

Food is atrocious for the price, just under 22 dollars for the driest burger that I also had to construct myself and the size of the side of fries that was like a toddlers picked some up and put them on my plate, safe to say I will never put my money into this place again, absolute joke rip off, no wonder it wasn’t busy AVOID

Definitely not recommended. At $21, the burger and fries are poor value—the quality was terrible for that price point.
The service was also unexpectedly slow; it took 10 minutes just to place the order and another 25 minutes for the food to reach the table.
Lesson learned: If you want a quick meal, pack your lunch or check out other options.

When my daughter with server allergies ordered her meal Chief Heidi came out to meet her, discuss the procedure for serving her, the ingredients in everything she would be coming in contact with during her meal, and discussed who was allowed to serve her meal to her. When the meal was prepared, Heidi served the meal while reviewing the ingredients again. Heidi’s care explained why she has been in the food business over 28 years. She treated my daughter just like she was serving her own children. Thank you for so much care.

Last minute meal before we leave the parks for the day. The place was about to close up. We ordered with mobile due to what time it was. We had a food restriction, gluten sensitivity, so we ordered gluten free buns for the burger. To our surprise the chief came out to greet us and inform us about the entire meals ingredient makeup. It’s was unbelievable how much they cared about the gluten sensitivity. They wanted to confirm the meal was safe for us. Absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much.

I am the least pickiest person on earth when it comes to food. This is hands down the worst food I have ever had…. No exaggeration. Outrageously priced. AVOID AT ALL COST. You need to take out a loan just to feed a family of 4

Delicious grilled chicken sandwich and amazing shakes!! Pricing was pretty good too for theme park fare and good portion sizes. Will definitely eat here again! Ambiance is super fun as well with super hero vibe all around. It wasn’t very crowded for early lunch which was also great! Mobile ordering on the Universal app was a plus.

This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Not a single staff member used gloves while serving food. Shockingly, the chef—who should’ve been in the kitchen—came over to clear our table while we were still sitting there. She said “you’re welcome” three times in a nasty, sarcastic tone, as if we were in her way. She even dropped our tray and made it impossible for us to sit back down.
During our entire visit, only one table was cleaned off. The staff seemed impatient, rude, and completely disorganized—nobody appeared to know what was going on.
As for the food: my chicken tenders were bone-dry and flavorless. The BBQ pork burger was absolutely awful—it had just ONE tiny piece of pork. To make matters worse, they messed up 2 out of 3 of our orders. None of us finished our meals, that’s how bad it was.
The managers seriously need to retrain their staff—or hire people who actually care. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
