Today was our first time at the First Watch downtown Columbus. We were pleasantly surprised that State Senator Hearcel F. Craig was there eating as well. We made eye contact as we sat down to eat. I was excited and wanted to jump up and say hello, but that was not the time due to him enjoying his breakfast with others. We enjoyed our hot chocolate and earl grey tea with honey and cream. Very Delicious. I got the breakfast tacos with chicken, eggs, avocado, and tomatoes. My husband got the eggs with steak, peppers, and potatoes. We were not disappointed.
Prior to our departure and Mr. Craig’s, he walked by our table and said hello. We immediately greeted him. He was pleasant to talk with. Hubby said I missed out on a great photo opportunity.

Steve was great! Very attentive and charismatic. The carnita tacos, however, arrived with lukewarm meat. No bueno. The oatmeal was very good and the coffee was hot. ☕

The atmosphere was a welcoming reprive from the a busy area. We were promptly greeted, seated immediately to peruse their spansive meny options. Unfortunately didn’t get a pic of their juice with a wellness shot of antioxidant-rich vitamins. On the brighter side, will definitely return for their awesome service with freshly prepared meals made to order. I received the best light, fluffy and airy Belgian waffle in my life here!!

We came with a party of 11 had a 11:25 scheduled and didn’t get in till 12:15. Then we were split between two tables that weren’t even side by side. Half the group got drinks/food before the other even got water. This place is just sucky all around. We are just sitting watching our friends/family eat while waiting on even the waters. All around a horrible experience that we will never be back for no recommend to anytone.

Took 40 minutes for my pickup while others got theirs right away. The female staff was kind and tried her best to help, but she couldn’t find my order and had to call the manager. He showed up about 10 minutes later, handed me the food without saying anything, and walked away. By then, my omelet was completely cold, and there were no utensils or napkins. Food was completely cold when I got it and there were no utensils or napkins. Tasted good though, but I will never spend $13 to get a cold omelette again

Although my food was good at this location, my friend’s fruit had mold on it. When brought up to the server, she said the fruit came with the meal and tried to offer alternatives. However, when my friend asked for just a discount on her meal, she said she couldn’t do it and walked off. Mold is a health and safety issue and I believe our server should have been more apologetic and solution oriented.

Amazing place!!! We’re from out of town, came with a family group of 9. Our Host got to us immediately. She was very kind. Our waitress Sophia was very nice and attentive. Food was brought out quickly and boy was it delicious. And very on the healthier side, which we can’t complain. The decor is nice and kind of rustic which gives it a nice look. Will definitely be coming back here when back in town. Great place, if I could give more stars I would. Thanks for the awesome service!!!!!
