Really gone down hill. Haven’t been in a few months. Portions smaller. Broccoli beef very dried out. Crab rangoons tasted like they had sat under heat lamps since opening. This used to be our go to place. I guess we need to look elsewhere now. Too bad.

My wife and I visited the Panda express in Providence this week. Madelyne greeted us warmly, served us promptly, and the serving portions were very generous. We could tell she is an outstanding employee.
The food was delicious. This store is always so clean, which I really appreciate. I also really appreciate that Panda Express supports the community. I’m aware of multiple fundraisers that they’ve helped with.
I don’t know if anyone that can compete with Panda’s quality and quantity of food for the price you pay.

Makela.. was so nice and her hospitality was amazing. She needs a raise. We didn’t realize that it was close to their closing time and she went above and beyond when items we were wanting were no longer available.

Food and drive through service is usually great here. Last few times I’ve gone, they have messed up my order. I ordered 2 plates with noodles & chicken, plus an extra side of noodles. Opened the plates and both of them have the exact same amount of noodles. So be wary of that – if they don’t put it the extra in a box, make sure you check and get the additional portion you paid for.

Soggy broccoli had a weird after taste, the teriyaki chicken had little to no flavor and had a strong chicken taste, the only good thing from my plate was the orange chicken and chow mein. Better off driving to the north location better portions too.

I ordered this from Uber eats to pick up. it is the large plate with two sides and three entrées. I got the teriyaki chicken, the original orange chicken, and the Kung pow. Along with fried rice and chow mein. I will only be eating the vegetables from the Kung pow because the chicken is rubber and from the one piece that I ate the texture of it feels like it is not even cooked all the way through. The teriyaki Chicken is plain with no flavor or even sauce on it. The orange chicken is meh To say the least and chow mein and fried rice have no flavor at all. I already know I’m going to regret eating this for tonight I feel I may be sleeping next to the toilet. Plus it’s cold. I will not be returning and I should have read the reviews before placing my order because this place does not have good reviews almost at all. This company should really rethink either their menu or who’s cooking it because it’s horrible and people are voicing Just how horrible it is!

Floor was very wet, its raining outside so ok but there drive thru was basically empty and no one was ordering inside.
Next, the portion size was incredibly small for a plate option.
Then there were a dark hairs in my food.
My egg rolls were also burned.
This was meant to be a treat for my kids and I and it was just a let down.

When I had walked in they were completely out of everything. However, the staff was sweating there breaks off trying to get things cooked and making sure I was aware of the time before it would be done. They kept apologizing, I ended up getting chow mein and some sweet fire chicken. So impressed with the staffs positive attitude and the food is always great. The restaurant was spotless definitely be back again

definitely didn’t have a great experience today. when i went in to the store, at least half of the employees were out in the dining room just talking to each other, while the other employees behind the counter seemed a bit overwhelmed by the amount of drive thru orders. when they finished my order, they called one of the workers in the dining area over to work the cash register. she barely looked at the food before charging me extra for something i didn’t buy at all; didn’t notice until i got home and saw the charge. i also usually don’t get great service at this location, so this wasn’t a huge surprise

We ordered beef and broccoli But it was very disappointing. We spent almost $7 And we got mostly rice with only a little bit of beef and broccoli. The lady helping us was in such a hurry that she had little to no customer service or paying attention to how very little she put in our bowl.
