There’s nothing that upsets me more than to not get good value for what you paid for. Spent over $20 on KFC and the food taste like trash. Tell me why is there so much damn oil in the bowl so much of it leaked all over the bag and my car seat as well as the other box that had another combo in it. I would’ve been better off coming home and making a damn sandwich. What the hell do you need so much damn oil in a bowl for. People save your money.
This was a waste of my money and a waste of my time. I think I’m done with KFC.

The Drive In speaker was disabled so I had to go in. I ordered and the food was ready in less time than it to me to get my drink. Chicken was crispy and delicious.

Waited for twenty minutes on a number 1 meal. Workers talking and playing around.. Manager not seen on premises. The place is crowded with customers. This is a shame.

My experience at the KFC on 38 is atrocious and will NEVER go back.
1. I felt bad for the young cashier (who was doing his best btw) that has to deal with the disgusting people who walk into that place. Rude, disgusting people.
2. I’ve been there 2 times in the last 4 months and they’ve forgotten food in my bag for my mobile orders. The ice machine also has not worked in a very long time.
3. 1 cashier with a line and 3 people in the back seemingly there just to mess up orders and be slow.
Overall terrible experience and will gladly never step foot in there again.

The food is always really good but the service is typically not. Not friendly, it’s a LONG wait to be greeted at the drive thru (going inside isn’t any better) and they’re typically out of several things. If it wasn’t for those things, this WOULD be my family’s go to chicken spot.

Mac and cheese was dry. Mashed potatoes had no taste chicken seemed old or maybe overcooked. This KFC doesn’t offer refunds even when it’s not your fault . That’s crazy

I have been eating Kentucky fried chicken for a long time until about 6 years ago because they just went completely downhill so last night I said to my wife let’s give it one more chance and what a mistake I dont know what the meat was they gave me it was supposed to be original recipe chicken but was a pile of greasy skin and chicken meat all fallen apart in a greasy pile it even fell through the bottom of the container which almost made me throw up. Point is we didn’t even eat a bite we threw it all away the sides were old and ice cold I am just so disappointed in this KFC I will be calling the corporate offices and I would never do that but this was a total disgrace!!!!!
