The women at the counter of this establishment are super kind and always offer a smile. The pizza is delicious, with great flavor. My brother cannot have gluten, and whenever we order Mug’s gluten-free pizza, it is cooked to crispy perfection, which he states is very rare. On my last visit, I decided to try the ribs since it’s in the name, and I was absolutely delighted. The meat had a great charred flavor, the sauce was delicious with a deep sweet tangy taste, and there was a generous amount of meat on the bone. This is a great place to pick up from on game day or when having friends over and wanting some delicious options. The pick-up time is also excellent, with the food always hot and ready. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Got a menu in the mail. Have lived here for two years. Ordered fried chicken and ribs with the scalloped potatoes and Cole slaw and the MUGS burner thin crust pizza with mozzarella sticks. Will be an absolute GO TO from now on. Thank you for checking all the boxes.

Food was pretty good. Only main thing was that I ordered PLAIN noodles and I specified no butter, oil, sauce, or even a garnish. When we got it, it was soaked in oil. They said that’s how they make it… If that’s the case, then why not say something when it was ordered? Other than that, it was decent comfort food.

Delivery is very iffy, at best, towards the bad end – expect to wait more than 100 minutes, above the estimated 45-60 minutes. The only time we got our delivery on time or early is when the owner delivered it to us.
Pick up isn’t any better, if not worse. I went to pick it up at the time to be there, and it took another 45 minutes before it was out of the oven.
Its not a sit down place, just for pick ups – and they have limited parking, so you may have to double park or park next door, risk at getting your vehicle towed. Just don’t bother with pick ups.
Phone girl was rude and snarky – never a good thing to call in, if there ever was any. Its “always the customers’ fault”. I heard this from several other friends and co-workers in the DP area with the same phone girl. You want to phone in an order? Call Domino’s or Little Caesar’s instead, they will at least WANT to get your order.
Oh, and food? Stuffed pizza is just okay – we asked to not cut it and they did, making the box unstable and soaking wet; thin is better at Giordano’s as they have more and better toppings; BBQ ribs are too sweet – you are better off getting Mariano’s leftovers for the day and putting Sweet Baby Ray’s sauce and its still nowhere too sweet than Mugs’, and its debatable if the ribs are tender as half the time, we have to either use a fork & knife or be like a barbarian and rip the meat off.
Most of all, the au gratin potatoes are definitely not like it was 3 years ago – the recipe, taste, and texture are different, and in a bad way too. Speaking of potatoes, the fries are the generic fries, the same you can get at a Greek owned/run fast food place, except there’s no taste to them. Adding salt or Accent doesn’t help.
Also, local businesses doesn’t mean it cheaper or better – its definitely more expensive than the other places. Want pizza on the cheap? Better off going to Domino’s or Pizza Hut. All Mugs have for coupons is a singular & measly “10%” online discount.

Atmosphere is what you expect from a neighborhood pizza spot. Mugs is reliable and fast. Their staff is helpful. Make sure you ask for parm and crushed peppers as they don’t auto add packets to the order. Even when the driver assures you the packets are in the box. Minot issue.
Other than that, their pizza is delicious and never disappoints! Pictured is large thin cheese, extra sauce and well done. Perfect!

Ordered a pizza, dough was raw. Tried to return, was told that they don’t do that. Do yourself a favor and try another place. They lady behind the counter even agreed with me that it was raw. The owner (Vince) whose response is down below should work on on his customer service skills.

Ordered for two people online and was in and out, food was still super warm. ordered a full slab of ribs with cole slaw and potatoes au gratin. cole slaw was delicious and light. potatoes were creamy and cheesy. Ribs were amazing and came with extra sauce for those who like extra saucy ribs (i think they were perfectly lathered). ordered a cannoli for desert as well and it did not disappoint. 9.2/10 for sure.
