A 100% vegan, fast-casual restaurant located on Buffalo’s west side. We serve sandwiches, salads, milkshakes, desserts, and coffee among many other things. We’ve been in business in Syracuse since 2008 and opened our first Buffalo location at 295 Niagara Street in July of 2022.

Took some friends visiting from Austin here as one is a vegan eater. We all really enjoyed our meals. Everything is incredibly flavorful, great textures, and just really good food. Their Buffalo Chickn Mac and cheese is my favorite it’s so creamy and the blue cheese they use is so good. Definitely worth checking out even if vegan isn’t your typical choice! Definitely in the list of my fav restaurants in Buffalo regardless of cuisine/diet.

Been a frequent flyer at SH since they’ve opened up in Buffalo! The menu is extensive, the food always hits and the crew is always welcoming (a little extra shout out to Lauren for always killing it!) The brunch and occasional specials always rock, highly recommend. One of the top vegan joints in Buffalo by far!

Love this place. Whenever we cross the border into the U.S, we always stop by here on our way back home. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Our favourites are the bbq chicken sandwich, loaded fries and all their drinks are delicious. Thank you for existing!

I worked with Alexis the cupcakes for my wedding. The wedding was back in August (I’m late writing this review), and to this day people are STILL raving about them. We had an all-vegan wedding with a bunch of non-vegans, and they LOVED them! Absolutely wonderful, absolutely delicious!!

Jumped on the Happy Cow app and found this place. Glad I did it was amazing. When I walked into the front door I thought I went in the wrong door because it just looks like a hallway. That’s literally the only negative about this place because the rest is amazing. Ordered a bunch of food to share with my partner and she’s not vegan. She said that the buffalo mac and cheese was probably the best mac and cheese she has ever had at a restaurant real cheese or fake. We started with a milkshake and it was thick, creamy and tasted like it wasn’t vegan. The dipping sauce for the buffalo wings was so good that if I was in a regular restaurant I would have sent it back because I would have thought they sent out a non vegan sauce. Do yourself a favour and eat here . The people working there were friendly and helpful. Food came out really quickly . And all of it was delicious. On my way out o grabbed a pecan bar for dessert and it was also the best I’ve had and there is no way anyone would be able to tell it was vegan . I’ll be dropping in whenever I’m passing through Buffalo again

We had dinner here for two people and tried different things. We had Wild West burger, the parm sandwich with fried eggplant and wings is 1/2 & 1/2 option with sweet Thai chili (our fav) and chiavetta’s sauce (very interesting and great with blue cheese dressing) and two home brewed iced tea. Price is super honest and ingredients are great! We liked everything we had and I would strongly recommend this place. We are not vegan but love to try vegan options around. My boyfriend in particular liked the burger better than some real burger… fries are great! We also got a donut and a cupcake (also vegan) for breakfast the day after and we liked them too.

I was so thankful a few years ago to hear that Strong Hearts was coming to Buffalo. I had been to their Syracuse location and I loved it there. I now love it here because it is close to me. Even if you are not a vegan or vegetarian, you will enjoy what they have to offer. I have never had a bad thing there and their service is great. Be sure to try one of their many flavors of milkshakes!!

the “chicken” sandwich is so good i almost cry whenever i eat it. lots of yummy options for vegetarians/vegans! im also allergic to tree nuts which narrowed down what i could have but there were still a few things i could have! one of which is the yummy chicken sandwich 🙂

Grabbed lunch on our way to Niagara Falls. Had the Chicken Shawarma and Chicken Caesar Kale Wrap… both were light and flavorful. The hot sauce was delicious. Also had a couple of smoothies that were refreshing. From the outside, the restaurant looks like it’s closed but when you walk inside it’s large and airy, comfortable place to eat. This place is counter service but the employees are very friendly and helpful. We’ll back on our next road trip!

This was an amazing experience. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was quaint with a phenomenal mural on the back wall. More importantly, the food was absolutely delicious! I had the Buffalo Ch’ken Mac&cheese bowl and the Ch’ken kale wrap. They were both delicious, but of course the bowl could have used a little more chicken. My daughter (as picky as she is) really liked the bowl. The wrap needed a little more dressing. Nonetheless, I was delighted with the food, the service and the decor. I WISH they had a restaurant in Virginia Beach. On the rare occasions I come back to visit Buffalo… I’ll DEFINITELY be back!
