Not worth the price. Meat is tasteless. Steak had no seasoning or beefy flavor; just bland. Ordered extra meat but it sure didn’t look like i got it. (Just saying). I remember it being so much better. It used to be one of my favorite spots. Anyways, $36 for two tasteless medium combos is wild. Definitely will reconsider when I want a cheesesteak.

My wife and I went there recently ordered two Philly cheesesteak, Philly, cheesesteak, chicken, fries, drink. Everything was good and tasty, the cups for the drinks are well made ! I took them him and will re use them!

The staff was nice and gave good recommendations (according to my receipt keykey was the cashier) also a young mixed guy was helping. It was my first time and my food was FRESH, HOT AND DELICIOUS.
The employees were friendly, knowledgeable and recommended the watermelon strawberry lemonade Arnold Palmer – it was BOMB
I also got the chipotle bacon chicken cheesesteak and it was toasty and sooo good.

Food is really good, you just don’t get enough food for the price. The prices are outrageous to get a little amount of fries when a combo. Don’t go here unless you wanna spend a lot of money when you can get cheaper to the place beside it.

I recently visited Charlie’s Cheesesteaks for the first time, hoping to enjoy a meal that lived up to the hype. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying.
To start, I ordered the spicy lemon pepper wings, fries, mozzarella sticks, and a watermelon strawberry lemonade. Here’s how it went:
Spicy Lemon Pepper Wings: These wings were advertised as “spicy,” but there was no spice to be found. Instead, they were overly salty, leaving me disappointed and thirsty.
Fries: The fries were served cold—like they’d been sitting out for hours. To make matters worse, they had absolutely no flavor. Not even a pinch of salt or seasoning to make them remotely enjoyable.
Mozzarella Sticks: These were another letdown. They arrived cold, and the marinara sauce that came with them was downright unpalatable.
Watermelon Strawberry Lemonade: This drink was more like flavored water than lemonade. It was so watered down that it barely tasted like anything at all.
Overall, the entire meal was a disaster. I was hoping for a flavorful, satisfying experience, but instead, I got cold, bland food and a drink that tasted like it had been diluted with tap water.
This was my first time visiting Charlie’s Cheesesteaks, and after this experience, it will definitely be my last. I expected better quality and attention to detail, but they missed the mark on every single item I ordered.
If you’re considering trying this place, I recommend looking elsewhere unless they make some serious improvements to their food and service.
