Very spacious seating area to meet with people. Two private rooms you can reserve for a small group. 8 large leather chairs and many tables with chairs to sit at. Pleasantly surprised at the room.

This was way back in January but wanted to make sure to give a very positive review. I was working outside on a bitterly cold day about a mile away and desperately needed an indoor break. I was guessing I would settle for a gas station but was thrilled when I found this Caribou on my map app. I spent a long time warming up with a delicious hot chocolate. So happy for the clean restroom. Fortified with my hot chocolate and a snack and time in the warmth I was ready for my last hour plus outside.

I love this Caribou. Service is amazing everybody is so nice. Today I came in for the fifth time in a row forgetting my wallet. They said don’t worry about it. I don’t expect this nobody should but this is a kind thing to do. Excellent place to do my work.

Showed up today at 3:25 pm to get some work completed, got settled in, only to be told that they are closing in 5 minutes due to a staffing shortage. Thanks for the notice right when I sat down and paid for a $7 coffee. Now I need to go somewhere else and spend more money because of this stores lack of planning.

I visited here when I was visiting Minnesota and it by far had the WORST service I’ve ever experienced. Nate and the manager, Amy were very rude and didn’t take too kindly to me asking if I could have my drink remade because it didn’t taste like one I had before at the Caribou in Raleigh, North Carolina. Will NEVER be coming back if workers like Nate and Amy are working there. Feels like I was racially profiled.

When I placed my order I said “tall”, not small on accident. The person working snidely draws out that they did not know what a TALL is. It took me about 2 seconds to even realize the conversation we were having. Corrected myself with a “small”, but really should have just left

I come here at least once a week and tend to order online. Today I ordered in person and was met by friendly staff who got my order quick. I really enjoyed my turtle cold brew and the cinnamon donut was good too. I will continue to visit this location.

Best Caribou location in the metro, I’ve been to many and this is the gold standard for service. Location is great, they have a drive-thru, they have 2 conference rooms and an open floor plan so you aren’t packed in like sardines. Staff is amazing. Highly recommend this location.
