We’ve been to Picazzo’s several times before but this may have been our best experience yet (and they’re usually really good experiences in the first place)!
Gio, our server, was excellent! Friendly, personable, accommodating, helpful and pleasant. He was just a lot of fun!
My wife has a gluten allergy and of course that’s one of the main draws of Picazzo’s. But I’m not gluten sensitive and even I thought the food quality was outstanding. We got the meatzaballs, cheese bread, and chicken wings. All three dishes were top notch! Wings were crispy (Italian seasoned dry rub in our case) on the outside, moist, tender and flavorful on the inside. Meatzaballs are turkey meatballs but not lacking in flavor compared to beef meatballs by any means. Nice consistency (solid, they don’t fall apart, but not too bready either), really good marinara sauce. And of course the GF cheese bread cannot be missed. It’s a treat to get GF cheese bread at ALL, but I’m not sure I would’ve known it’s GF by taste alone. Delish!
Gio also made my wife a Manhattan that she thought was one of the better Manhattan’s she’s ever had. It was great!
I got the traditional (not gluten-free) pizza to go and even THAT was impressive. The crust was spot on; cheese and sauce ratio just perfect. NICELY DONE!
On top of all THAT, it’s a great value! The happy hour (healthy hour) is excellent – both food and drinks included. How can you go wrong?
If you’ll pardon my old timey expression – hats off to Gio, and hats off to Picazzo’s. Healthy doesn’t mean it can’t also be delicious! Can’t wait to return!

My wife (celiac) and I were is Scottsdale on vacation and ate here for valentines day after we walked out of Ra Sushi (bad review.) Thank God we were able to get a table. We had the meatballs and cheese bread to start and made our own tour of Italy and got the lasagna, chicken parm, and bianca (chicken fet. alfredo.) ALL GLUTEN FREE, PREPAIRED SAFE and all AMAZING. We have been trying to find all the best gluten free products since my wife was diagnosed and I am dying to know how i can get my hands on the noodles and focaccia. We haven’t found anything that comes close to as good as they do it here. I would have no idea what we were eating was gluten free. The only bad thing about Picazzo’s is that there only in Arizona. Please open one in Denver. You guys would kill it. We will be back to try one day to try the pizza. It looked awesome.

We visited Picazzo’s Healthy Italian Kitchen with our family yesterday, and it was fantastic! The food is delicious and healthy, with plenty of options for everyone, including gluten-free and vegan. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We especially loved the Cheese Bread, Pita & Hummus, Pasta. Definitely a great spot for a wholesome, tasty meal. Highly recommend!

They absolutely exceeded all expectations tonight!!! We are regulars who need to come more often. Q manages it closely to make sure you get what you need Gio at the bar does the same. And the Vortex pizza on cauliflower crust done crispy is the absolute ticket.

As a person with Celiac Disease this is one of my favorite places to eat. Everything on the menu is Gluten Free, they have Vegan and Vegetarian options and they have one non-gluten free pizza crust. This is the restaurant my husband and I go to on date nights, it’s the place where we can both enjoy delicious food and desserts and I didn’t have to worry about any cross contact. Highly recommend everyone to try it!!

This place blows other spots away! It has a HUGE vegan + gluten free menu, you can have your regular pizza options also changed to gluten free, everything I’ve eaten here has been top notch, healthy, delicious, and the service is phenomenal! Love all the waiters / staff members, very kind and professional. 10/10 always a wonderful time

For a pizza joint, I was pleasantly surprised with the food. Both the regular pizza, as well as the gluten free version had very good crusts. I had a Thai peanut bowl that was really, really good. Service was good as well, we started outside and as we realized it wasn’t a great day to be outside, they moved us inside with no issues. Decor was good, but nothing special.

We ate here for dinner and really enjoyed everything. Friendly service, great atmosphere (we sat outside on their patio) and fantastic food, and entire menu really caters to those with food allergies. I got the hot honey fig and salami pizza with the gluten free vegan crust as well as the blue elderflower mocktail. Totally hit the spot. Loved the flavor combination on the pizza and the crust had a delicious sourdough taste. My husband got the Vortex pizza on the regular crust and also really enjoyed his meal. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing! My wife and I are vegan and most Italian restaurants we go to require discussing what can be made vegan with the employees. Not at this place! They had a separate vegan menu and there were TONS of choices. The food was delicious and the service was excellent! We will definitely be visiting there again!

Visited for a date night with my husband. He can’t have gluten, so we were excited to find Italian food he could enjoy! The atmosphere and menu were both impressive. The live plants all over the building and walls were positively gorgeous and truly added to the experience. The staff was friendly and very attentive, and the food exceeded our wildest expectations. My mother and grandmother are from Italy so my standards are high, and even I was blown away by the ravioli, the tiramisu, and the lasagna… which were all gluten free. This is easily my favorite gluten free menu in Scottsdale and great Italian food for everyone, gluten-intolerant or not.
