I avoid this place whenever possible. As a delivery driver, time and safety matter and this spot fails on both.
The area around Mayfair Deli feels unsafe. There’s frequent loitering, the environment is run-down, and it’s just not a place I feel comfortable waiting alone. I’ve had multiple pickups here and always feel on edge.
The food is never ready when I arrive…even when I show up well after the quoted pickup time. I’m usually stuck waiting 10–15 minutes or more, which completely kills my delivery rhythm. Time is money, and this place makes me lose both.
I don’t know how the food is, but the pickup experience is consistently negative. I really wish Grubhub let drivers opt out of specific locations like this. It’s not worth the stress.

When I walked into the building it had a weird aroma it like fish and toilet water as if someone had pooped and left the door open in the entire building. I saw roaches on the floor and it was flies flying everywhere! My food had rat poop in it! I had food poisoning for a week! I warn whoever eats this do not eat it. It is poisonous and it will hurt you.
