Manager and staff was rude. Good thing I checked our food. 6 people working and it was our problem they forgot a whole double whopper. I get bad nights but literally work same industry? It’s our job to get food out proficient accurately and with a friendly face. Hate your job go somewhere else but they are all cut from same cloth. Get a different job if your hateful

We go to this Burger King somewhat frequently, and I just want to say that this location is great. The employees are always very friendly and the food is always fresh. Most fast food employees act like they hate their jobs, but not here. Good job!

This has to be the worst Burger King I’ve ever ate at..EVER! First of all we had been traveling all night and half the day. Needless to say, we were starving! So we stopped to grab a quick 2 for $10 meal. The restaurant was pretty empty but we didn’t think anything of that. We ordered our food and the male worker brought us our drink cups and sat them on the counter, and I swear to you, they had 5 little pieces of ice in each!! I honestly just thought ok.. if I need more, I’ll get it out of their upgraded drink machine. Well that was not happening cause it had no ice in it at all. To top that off..the drinks from the machine were warm. So our ice melted on contact without chilling our drinks at all. When our order was ready, the lady sat the tray down on the counter and said “here”. We took the food and sat down to eat. The fries felt and tasted as if they had been left over from the previous shift..lol. They match the temperature of my dr. Pepper perfectly. My man’s chicken sandwich was so hard and dry he could barely chew it. My whopper was cold. The bread was hard. The lettuce was browning and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I love whoppers. I’ve never thrown away a whopper, til today! Over half of it went to the trash. The store’s appearance was top notch. Very clean looking. Literally no customers inside, only 1 in the drive thru while we were there. Locals already know to avoid this location obviously. This review is for all us “out of towners” that don’t.

Ordered at 1am and whoever works nights suck. There were chicken fries mixed in with the mozzarella fries I ordered. Got cinni minis and they were hard plus I found a hair in one. The whole order was cold. Probably left over from lunch. The whole damn thing was a health hazard.

Food is good and staff are friendly, but the place is unbearably hot despite it not being hot at all outside. I prefer the Wendy’s next door.

Thomas was great in the drive thru. Ordered some kids meals and added something at the first window. Thomas was great and even offered crowns for the kids. Really appreciate his approach and professionalism.

Horrible customer service and provided me with cold fries and a overcooked chicken. The lady didn’t think I was going to check my food. Then when I pulled back up to the drive thru she tries to give me a different receipt that wasn’t my order like I didn’t have the original receipt I wouldn’t shop here ever again and if u want fresh food and decide to go there then triple check before leaving. My receipt order was 67 not 68
