I’m so irritated! The lady at the window was horrible! She literally moved like a sloth! She was super slow! She also got our order completely wrong! I ordered 2 steak biscuits with tomatoes and they didn’t have any tomatoes on either one. I also ordered honey mustard and she didn’t put that in the bag. I also ordered 2 large sweet teas and when I got home they were unsweetened. When she would hand me my items through the window she moved so slow and had a huge blank stare! I go to this bojangles at least 3 times a week for the 2 for $5 steak biscuits. The next time I go and I see this woman working the window I’m pulling away because she ruined it for me!

Do not go inside for lunch, I had to wait for over 20 minutes with only 2 people in front of me. One girl up front and she was not efficient. I’m thinking they need to hire some help. I left, waffle House was better anyway.

Went to Bojangles because KFC kept giving me old nasty chicken. I bought 3 meals at Bojangles and we all loved it. Got 2 -2 piece dinners and a tender dinner. The young lady at the counter was like a breath of fresh air. Very nice

This particular location won me over with the staff. Good job. It’s a chain so I can’t give 5 stars on the food. But the food and service was above and beyond. The staff made this place worth going back to.

We visited towards the end of their workday. The staff was very nice and even gave us extra food. I guess they prefer to not toss it in the trash. The fries were overrated but everything else was terrific.

I bought the 8 pc meal box. Substituted the wings for breasts without problem…..the biscuits were hot and fresh. Always receive fresh food from this location. Love the 1/2 gal sweet tea that comes with it!

Food was alright. Hard to mess up a biscuit. Everything else? Eh…its Tennessee so. Good luck. Waited over 20 minutes for a preorder/mobile order while every employee was outside. One or two were smoking. Other was talking to someone at a car.

Ordered a ham biscuit and large sweet tea. The girl said she would bring it out but never did. After 15-30 minutes I went back up front to get it and no ham biscuit. So they remade it and I asked for few fries since I had to wait so long. I usually really like this place but today these 3 gals just couldn’t get with the program. I try to respect waitresses and cooks because I’ve been there. I apologize for the bad grades I gave y’all but y’all were very unprofessional. Please think about the next folks that come y’all way. There was also a gentleman that came in from drive-thru who had the same problem as me. We just couldn’t get our food for a long time and we had to just about raise our voices. Yesterday around 1:30 pm myself and another lady tried to get waited on after waiting over 5 minutes. Finally, I went over to where an employee was working. I asked if we could get waited on. His response was: I cannot be in 2 places at the same time. Went back and we both left. They only had 2 pieces of chicken in the bin as well and I was going to ask for a 10 piece basket. Other times when I have gone there, either not enough chicken or having to wait for it to be made. The service here needs to improve a lot. Chicken should always be available.
