I don’t usually write reviews because I work customer service so I understand when people have bad days, but this is genuinely the worst McDonald’s I ever went through to and i been to this location multiple times you know its bad when I’m taking the time to write a review. The workers there look at you like you owe them a favor always low on food/ Drinks you also get lucky if you get what you paid for. they gave me a medium meal with a small drink..

I had to wait 25 minutes just to get free mcchicken, sandwiches, and not only that, I was totally ignored. That is disrespectful, and I think something should be done about it. Because I was getting ready to walk out without getting my food. This is getting old. I think something needs to be said. And I had to hire more employees, then that’s what they have to do. But I had to wait 25 minutes just to get 3 mcchicken, sandwiches completely. Ridiculous. Does chicken sandwich absolutely sucks. It tastes disgusting. It tasted like the oil was not changed. Definitely not going back there. And I wouldn’t recommend anybody else to go back there.

Terrible experience. We walked in and let the team know the entrance was solid ice. Several other customers let them know as well. One gentleman slipped and injured himself while we were waiting. The manager told us she’s only in charge of the inside, and didn’t seem to care.
The manager on duty also was screaming and cursing at another employee (another manager based on the raised voices). They continued to yell at each other for the entire time we ordered and waited for our food. Both were also on their phones while handling food. We were embarrassed to be there, so very unprofessional. The only positive was the young cashier who worked around them fighting…she was great. Management needs to go, no one should have to work in that environment.

Food was awful. Got a double cheeseburger, fries and chicken fingers. All were cold, and not edible. Figure since I ordered using the app in the parking lot the food would have been made to order, fresh and hot, as there were no other customers there. I even had to pull up and wait for my food as it wasn’t ready at the window. Wrong assumption to get food hot and ready. So disappointed

Placed an online order for the drive-through. Waited over 15 minutes in line to pick up my order. When I finally got it, I was an idiot and didn’t check the bag. I should’ve known better. Instead of my Mc double and a large fry I got a single cheeseburger in the bag while I was waiting in front of the first drive-through window. I could see someone in the back chatting it up with the guy at the window taking payments. Should’ve been helping out people in the back. The guy who was giving out the orders at the second window look like he couldn’t have cared less. Awful experience, not the first time either.

This McD has gone downhill significantly. Ordering the most standard items takes forever. I actually caught lip from a worker when I had a disgusted look for my quarter pounder meal taking like 10 mins in an empty drive through line with no one inside either.

Was in drive thru pulled up and couldn’t hear the person on the speaker so I asked if she could speak up so I could hear her. The manger got on the speaker and said they were not going to serve me. The manger said I was rude and said inappropriate things to a minor all I said was can you speak up I can’t hear you how the hell is that inappropriate was told if I didn’t leave they were going to call the cops for what asking for someone to speak up so you could hear them very unprofessional and rude people here need to say this too I was going here every night for a ice cream for the past 3 months so upset about this now I have to drive 3 miles instead of .2 miles thanks for not being professional

Used mobile app, fries under cooked, double cheese burger had patties cut in half. Called to inform them, lady who picked up 11/17/25 @ 9:56pm hung up on me and left the phone off the hook so I couldn’t contact the store again. Store closes at 12 and she told me they’re closed. New management is needed, considering all these awful reviews
