Well, based on the food experience.
I’d give a 0. If I could the Orange Chicken. The chicken inside was so overcooked. It was pulled away from the crunchy shell. The rice wasn’t very good either a little overcooked. Normally my feline would be all over a panda meal, not this one. Absolutely the worst panda express experience ever. Would take a refund as long as I didn’t have to use it at this location.
And as you can see by the photos my cat left the all that totally behind. I ate the orange chicken only because I was starving.crunchy dried up chicken inside a not to favorable shell.

This location is relatively new. Like all new establishments it looks good in general. Staff get high marks for their obvious desire to provide great service. Completely understood that this Panda Express must have cost a pretty penny and it shows.
Choices were all bowls which thankfully were being offered via a mail coupon Buy One, Get One. Hard to resist, with the expectation to try their food, secretly hoping for the best possible. Bowls run regularly for around $8 plus and with tax around $9.50, which getting 2 for the price of one made it a bargain of sorts. Four sides but we chose fried rice and chow mein. The fried rice is so basic as is the chow mein. Both edible but not memorable, 2.5 Stars. Must say about 70% of
the both choices covered the bowls with realistically small room for the stars of the show. Choices:
Teriyaki Chicken, most likely the ones with the more generous portion. Not overly sweet or soaked in sauce, and for those nice people who prefer more I would recommend asking for a dollop or two extra. Chicken looked and tasted nice. 4 Stars.
Kung Pao Chicken according to the hearty eater who chose it was decent enough, 3.5 Stars.
Mushroom Chicken very limited on top of the mostly full bowl, a little on the meager side, was gone before halfway. This one, franchise recipe, tasted okey but not enough to say how tasty in American Chinese. 3.5 Stars.
Beef Broccoli, Broccoli Beef, regardless which comes first, this one required copious amounts of liquid to swallow, mostly due to the broccoli a little on the raw side and the extremely few pieces of meat that made it to the party, let’s just say it was heavily reduced. Couple it with the lukewarm almost dry fried rice, a little on the should have got more. Tip: an over medium egg, a pork chop if available would have save the day. Yes, of course, having to add outside Panda not a very enticing notion. 2.5 Stars.
Orange Chicken closed the items. Standard franchise driven recipe with surely its demographic of satisfied consumers, 3.5 Stars.
Would I visit again? Remains to be seen. If one observes the average ratings on some of these franchises, it’s rare to find one with high marks. There is one with lines around the corner, known for consistency and a tad above in quality, but that is it. Wish this new panda unlimited success, and thank them for the deal, no doubt. 3 Stars.

Nice new Panda Express. Friendly and helpful team. Food well prepared and tasty. Gave two homeless people the bathroom code and allowed them to hang out while I was eating. I may not go there again with safety as a main concern. Especially not with my family.

Very slow. Whenever I place a scheduled pickup order online it is never ready and I end up having to wait at least another 10+ minutes in the restaurant. Why have online ordering at that point ?
