The young lady running the drive through the night of the January 30th going into the 31st at exactly 12:15AM has to be the friendliest employee I’ve encountered here. I come to this taco bell 1-3 times a week and it has always stuck with me how little any employees speak, Often not even greeting me at the window or saying a SINGLE word—But this young lady was very personable and was such a kind person.

It’s crazy whenever you order a soft taco supreme they never forget the tortilla they never forget the meat cheese and lettuce but somehow when it’s a supreme they magically always forget the sour cream. And they somehow never forget to charge you for a supreme either

This place is a dumpster fire. Zero customer service. Can’t place an order at the counter and only one kiosk works to order from. Walk up to the counter and they stand there and look at you like you have three heads.

If I could give this place a zero I would, they literally gave me an empty container for our cheesy fiesta potatoes. I spent over $40 to get an empty container. Not to mention the food taste off. I will never give a dime to this place again. Tried to call and no one picks up . Do better.

I ordered 2 items 1 burrito and one taco on the menu and the burrito was fine but the taco had hair literally cooked inside all in the meat and the shell so gross made me like throw up they need to do better on their hygiene and how they conduct themselves in the kitchen

We always use the drive thru here. As all three people in my family are disabled, we simply can’t go inside. I am usually the one sent to pick up from this location. I never want to be the guy that’s holding up the line, checking everything to make sure it’s correct before I leave the window. Unfortunately, we have received so many incorrect orders here that from now on, i will have to be that guy. It is unfair to the customer to have to do that. This time, it was a missing Taco Supreme and a missing cheese cup from one of three supreme box meals. I don’t understand when I hear high school kids complain about how much they make, yet can’t seem to get an order correct. This is a problem for the customer. Please stress the importance of filling orders correctly.
That being said, I would like to note that I had to hobble in once on my cane cuz I had to use the restroom. They were polite in letting me use it even tho I hadn’t ordered yet. The restroom was clean and easily accessible for the disabled. Fully stocked. The dining area looked clean. Everyone behind the counter was hard at work. All in all, a great place to grub. Bear approved.
