Accidentally bumped into this place while searching for Asian food options around the area. Went there with no expectations and to my pleasant surprise, the food tasted really good!
You have to order online ahead or use the Kiosks at the restaurant. You can only see the ingredients on the screen since they don’t make it right in front of you.
People were nice and helpful since it was my first time. I went there on a Friday and they have BOGO every Friday.. Yay! Otherwise a bit pricier, IMO.
Though some of the noodle/rice options were unavailable at the time, I got what I wanted and the food was tasty, sufficient and the spice levels were good for me.
I thought they missed the pot stickers I ordered but later found that they are inside my noodle takeout box.

First visit and likely last unfortunately. The lady who greated me and helped me figure out what to order was wonderful. She was so kind and she was working hard as it was a busy time. The food took a LONG time to make. I waited around 20-30min. The restaurant itself is small, I think mostly a take-out place.
I will attach my order in the pics. The sauce you could barely taste. No flavor. I got the jalepneo side sauce and ended up dumping it on the order for more flavor. The dumplings were horribly overcooked, complete mush to be honest.
The carton was alittle over half full and it cost me $18 before tip. It was most definitely overpriced. Great concept, just didnt work out in my opinion.

I ordered through grub hub, they just skipped my drink, thankfully I noticed and got a refund through GH but I’m pretty mad the restaurant made no effort to contact me, or replace the out-of-stock item with a different one. So far the food is really tasty, and the sauce I paid extra for was good too, but i am really disappointed I didn’t get a drink at all-they could have at the very least, thrown a cup of water in there since I got the spiciest food they offer and paid extra for sauce & veggies. Will not be ordering again since they showed their lack of ethics by pulling a shady move like that and hoping i didn’t notice.

Nice variety of combinations to create your own stir fry with fresh, quality ingredients. I ordered fried rice with Garlic Ginger Soy sauce and it was a bit bland. I had a couple of potstickers thrown in and they had zero flavor. We also tried the Thai curry and Korean BBQ dishes, those had a bit more flavor but we’re way spicier than the menu implied. The lack of flavor impact with quite pricey dishes, makes this a hard recommendation.

A couple of notes. I did takeout and the food was ready at the quoted time, everything was correct, and staff was polite. There are a few tables inside, but I don’t see this as a dine in experience, just comfortable places to wait. Also, it is cashless kiosk ordering. Parking lot is a bit tiny, but if you’re just doing takeout, it’s not a big issue.

We have eaten here a few times since it has opened. The main issue I have is that the cook on the food is inconsistent. Either the person grabs a handful a jalapeno seeds and cooks them in the food, making the spice level almost unbearable, or they don’t add in any flavor at all.

Also when walking into the “restaurant” area you always have to flag down one of the workers, they do not proactively greet you to assist or ask if you have any questions. It also does take quite a long time to get an order when placed in the store.

All in all it’s an interesting concept but not executed very well.

This place is so good! The spring rolls are absolutely fabulous, and so were the employees. I have been 3 times, and there are options for everyone and the food can be very clean and healthy. Also, all of their packaging is eco-friendly. Paper when possible, compostable silverware, and only one little plastic cup with a cover for sauce. A win on all fronts!!

We were excited to try it. Big disappointment. Out of 6 ingredients including chicken on a Tuesday night. Explicit music on the stereo. Cool & counter person yelling and swearing at each other on and on. We sat down to eat there and packed up our stuff and left. On the food side, oily, mushy, 1-dimensional flavors. I don’t normally leave detailed reviews but this was just bad, especially for the premium price.

We used a promo code to try this place again after a not great experience shortly after they opened. I want this to be heard loud – the people here are SO kind! The food is not as great. We got egg rolls and couldn’t eat anymore after one bite. The orange chicken didn’t taste like orange chicken. We wanted so bad to like this place but it’s just not great especially for the cost. I do encourage you to give it a try on your own in case our two visits with just off days.

I’ve been excited for this location to open! I walked in and was greeted by the manager Stephanie. She helped me through the ordering process and made me feel welcome! The staff in general was very friendly and upbeat. Excited to have you here in Medina and definitely will be a regular here. The food is delicious and the options are endless!

If you are a Chinese takeout veteran, clear your mind of any expectations and you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

It’s Asian fusion, so don’t expect authentic flavors.

You must order from one of their kiosks, which are new and flaky (I ordered extra pot stickers and I didn’t get them, but they also weren’t on the bill).

I was given the option at the end of placing my order to add on 3 pot stickers for free, which were larger than I expected, but I also didn’t expect them to be in the same container as everything else.

Subway doesn’t make bad sandwiches; you do. The same thing applies here, since you must actively select EVERY ingredient. Fortunately, I did like what I got.
