Well just came home after buying teriyaki chicken, some pieces were RAW,, . Second time this happens at this location, first time I didn’t post but now I will, I finished cooking it at home , employees should learn about time and cooking poultry, it can definitely cause salmonella and individuals can get sick …be mindful of customers health , if not corrected I will contact San Bernardino food and health department so you guys can get audited added finished cooked pics at end

Purchased a bigger plate and this is absolutely not a bigger plate. Even paid extra for the walnut shrimp… stay supporting the mom and pop spots everyone cause this is sad and absolutely pathetic receiving this as a “ bigger plate”

My wife and I ate there a few days ago. We ordered the same thing. But she only took a few bites of the noodles. I’ve had diarrhea ever sent. She saved her noodles and I smelled them the next day. They smelled rotten and weird. I will never eat at this location again.Or panda express again. They may have some e coli thing going on.Who knows. Be very afraid my stomach is still messed up. Everyone was very nice who worked there. I don’t know what’s going on with that establishment

So to begin the food is bland almost like everything tastes the same. No real flavors stand out except the chow mein it was dry. The atmosphere is nothing special, a typical fast-food look. The service is super slow, and when they welcome you in, it almost sounds like they are counting down the minutes until their shift is over, lol. At payment, I was asked to donate, and I asked for what cause they were unable to elaborate as to the money would go toward. The parking for this place is very small!

I stopped by for lunch a few days ago. I ordered a bowl with kung pao chicken and steamed rice. I also ordered a couple of vegetable spring rolls.
The food was good and the service was fine… pretty much what you would expect from Panda Express.
Incidentally, this is the first Panda Express that I discovered way back in 2003 or 2004. I ate here almost every Tuesday for 16-17 years so they must be doing something right. Then the pandemic shut everything down in 2020. When things started returning to normal a couple of years later, there was another Panda Express closer to the office, so I went there instead. Well… the office moved a few months ago, and now this is the closest Panda again.
If anyone from Panda Express corporate is reading this, please bring back the original Firecracker Chicken!

Everytime I’ve come here they are not open. You’ve got 900am as when you open. Its about 10 am now and doors are still locked. Get it together. When I have come in after 10am (which seems to be your actual opening time) 3/4 the menu wasnt available yet. For a big chain Im surprised its allowed to operate this way. Panda is no longer on my menu. This location is why I will no longer be a customer of Panda express.

I had a delivery order from this panda express. The doordash driver Vanessa never came. I called her and she stated that she wasnt picking up the order. The food came 2 hours late and cold. Horrible service, don’t recommend!

Gross I found this black stuff in the orange chicken and pepper chicken a black worm thing!!! I lost my appetite for panda express!! Never coming here again, would not want to refund my money! Either, they just offered me a bowl replacement instead of a plate, which I wouldn’t accept for satisfaction..
