I’m just happy to see more food options in Bond Hill. After working downtown at Findlay Market and sharing a communal kitchen with the similar vendors; I’m all for dreams coming true. I just wish there was more foot traffic in this area because its underrated and still feels unknown at the moment*
All the food is made fresh to order so don’t expect to be in and out when it comes to the food. We ordered the buffalo chicken egg rolls and the Tuscan Chicken Alfredo.
Both of the dishes were good. The portion for the Tuscan Chicken Alfredo is definitely worth the value. You won’t be disappointed. The chicken was tender and sauce itself was good. [Needs some pepper in it imo*]
Will definitely be back.
My only issue is that the alfredo might be too heavy imo and maybe a slight separation in the emulsification of the sauce itself; as in its pretty hefty/fatty. One might not enjoy that much oil/sauce.
[But I would rather have too much sauce than too little*]
Also maybe the buffalo chicken eggroll is pretty small in comparison/relation to the price; but the flavor and texture of it was perfect.
The establishment is clean and owner is very nice.
Love to see good food in the neighborhood.

I discovered this place by accident on Facebook. I’m so glad I did! The food here is amazing and the variety is too. I love the wings, fries, smashburger and chicken sandwich. The owner is always in the kitchen cook but makes it a point to speak to everyone that walks in. The food is made fresh! Try here if you’re in the area.

Is exactly what this Restaurant leaves you saying We tried the loaded baked Potato w/Ribeye steak (Tuscan style with the Tuscan Alfredo Sauce) The Alfredo Sauce is RIDICULOUSLY good !! We also had salmon croquette bites & the Mac and Cheese, everything thing was on point And that homemade tartar sauce was EVERYTHING ‼️ Oh and the Fruit Punch is definitely our Type of Kool-Aide ! OMG!!!! First and foremost, this was my first time at 1 More Bite. And let me tell you, Jesus himself must’ve stuck his foot in the food because baby, they did not disappoint. I didn’t sit down because I had to be back at work, but the ambience was on point.
When I walked in my nose was the first sense that went to work. The aroma was filled with a pleasant, not overbearing smell as if you could smell each dish being prepared separately. I almost changed what I was originally going to get because whatever they were cooking had me in a chokehold. However, I am only eating certain foods so I had to reframe from what my nose was trying to convince me to get.
Secondly, when I walked in I was immediately greeted by one of the cooks/waitress with a pleasant smile and reassurance that someone would be there to help me. The woman that waited on me had such a subtle, sweet and gentle voice, attitude, and demeanor. I could tell she enjoyed what she did and enjoyed the faces that approached her. That right there you Do Not get at many restaurants and me being from Dayton, Oh, it’s not common. Now let’s get into the food.
I ordered the Salmon Alfredo Pasta I just know our ancestor are rising from the grave to get some of this food. The Salmon was cooked and seasoned to perfection. I know it was because when I put my fork in it, it was screaming for me to eat it. But it was so juicy and flavorful that I had to take a second bite to make sure I wasn’t crazy. The pasta was not over nor undercooked with the right amount of flavor, Parmesan cheese and the sauce wasn’t watery like how many other places make it. I like a creamy sauce that compliments the noodles, not just noodles with no compliment. And they’re Alfredo sauce definitely complimented the noodles. Also, the portion was enough to feed at least 2 people but I’m not sharing mine at all.
I did upload a picture and yes, a bite was taken out because it looked too good and I couldn’t help myself. The name is definitely given though because all you need is one bite to fall in love and you gone keep telling yourself just one more bite after you’re full.
If you are looking for a place to go out on a date, meet up with friends, or just want something to eat, just know THIS IS THE PLACE. Don’t say I didn’t tell you.✌
Just a side note, there is parking but it is easy to look past it if you’ve never been before. The entrance to the parking area is right before you get to the plaza or a little past the plaza depending on which direction you’re coming from. Just don’t park behind the plaza like I did

So I visited them yesterday for the very first time and the cashier said its gonna be a 15 min wait which is fine til the 15 min wait turned into a 40 min wait… I ordered the salmon and Mac dinner which was a 2/10 Mac was runny with no flavor salmon was decent and the slushy was good. The price doesn’t match the portion of food/quality. The whole meal had my stomach hurting afterwards sadly. I never make reviews but this meal highly upset me.

The food was hot and delicious. A bit pricey for a family. It was just 2 of us so we ordered a few different things. I particularly enjoyed the cod. I would suggest adding an option for 2-3 piece baskets for the cod.
We ordered the smashed burger, 10 wings, cod, and chicken noodle soup, kool-aid and a can soda. ($63.50)
The soup had a sweet taste that I did not particularly care for. It also appeared to have large dumplings, and there was very little to no chicken.
The only area I would like to improve is adding fountain drinks. If you dine in, you only have options for can soft drinks, bottle water, Kool-Aid, lemonade, and frozen drinks. Refills are an additional charge. A extra piece of cod on the sandwich for the price even if you raise the price a few dollars.
I will definitely be back.

Julia made our wedding reception very special. We had a simple menu in mind, she executed it and made it taste like a 5-star meal! The staff made sure that our guests were taken care of and the charcuterie table was absolutely amazing. I suggest anybody getting married keep 1 More Bite as their first option – they were professional, easy to work with, and the food was delicious. So many of our guests told us how much they loved the food. My wife and I appreciate her and her staff to the highest degree!

I came all the way from Maryland to try out this new restaurant. My first time trying a Nashville hot fish and this sandwich was the BOMB !! Service, staff, and food was great. Restaurant was clean. I definitely will be returning. Highly recommend !!
