We stopped by to have a drink and thought we’d need to leave our dog in the car for the time being. But they are pet friendly. The rules are posted outside that the dog needs to be on a leash and a few other things. But it was awesome that we got to take her inside.

Bar on a great piece of property along the Mississippi backwaters/Indian Creek upstream from Fountain City. There’s a dock for your boat and a nice back yard to enjoy a beverage and take in the scenery. Just north of Merrick State Park off Hwy 35 if you’re on wheels. Music outside from time to time during the summer is always fun.
