We were greeted by Linda yet served by Aden. Another person cleaned the tables and was sweeping.
Aden took our order with great hospitality. Our meals and order was fine except our waffle. We were disappointed in our wait time for it to be with our meal and then the taste was not Waffle House quality. It tasted like uncooked batter. Aden offered to get another one, but we opted to take it off the bill.
We will return. They did well moving as swift as possible with a full house of customers.

I went to this Waffle House last week for the first time and I was very pleased with the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and the restaurant was clean. The scrambled eggs with cheese were delicious and the sirloin steak was cooked perfectly. I will definitely be coming back to this Waffle House soon.

Val is so sweetie!!! i love her generosity + how respectful and sweet is she was, especially when it came down to my grandpa she took her time and even spoke in Spanish to him allowing him to understand her. she was very helpful with my mom choosing a variety in the kids meal for my little brother. I also realized she wasn’t just as helpful with us but with everyone around. she made sure everyone else was okay and greeted everyone as soon as she seen people enter!!

Literally the slowest Waffle House i have ever been to. Places an online order, and drove 20 minutes. Got here, was told my order still wasn’t ready. I wanted for an additional 20 minutes only to find out they still had not begun making my order. There was a young lady calling out people orders completely out of wack , and several people got served prior to me.
Management needs a better system to get these order out.

Had the best food and a great time this morning here. The employees are amazing here and the food was extra good. The entire family enjoyed their meal and we made a friend in Dannie one of the hard working individuals that makes this location special. You’ve got to stop in here!

After sitting for quite some time I’m guessing about 15 to 20 minutes we finally had someone wait on us (my mother and I were at the bar so we were very visible.) my mom ordered I ordered eggs and grits and bacon with buttered toast.. while I’m waiting a roach decided to make an appearance and walk directly across the bar or my mother and I sat brought it to the attention of a server which promptly picked up the napkin dispenser where the roach had decided to hide under, then promptly took the sugar dispenser and commenced to smashing it about trying to kill the roach with it, finally after numerous attempts the server successfully dispatched the roach ! My mother and I were totally grossed out

Online order placed. I get there and the cashier lady asked for my name which she repeated loudly for the other workers to hear. She says, your order is still being prepared and it should be up shortly. That was completely fine. It was completed very soon after but was unaware because the lady that prepared it “Ms. Marty” walked away from the order once she placed everything in the bag and while she walked away she was looking straight at me. I found that weird but I just brushed it off. The cashier lady notice the bag and asked Ms. Marty was the order ready, Ms. Marty didn’t respond or even acknowledge that the lady was asking her a question. Come to find out it was my order. The cashier lady asked Ms. Marty, why didn’t you give her the order. Again nothing. Ms. Marty was very unprofessional and the way that she acted this morning gave off the vibes like she didn’t want to help me because I was black. She’s very unprofessional and don’t need to work in customer service

Spider in one cup of water, white floaties in two replacement cups of water, replacement cup with black stuff around the rim, dirty dishes, disorganized staff and was casually told by staff member that they probably aren’t washing properly because they are about to clock out?? Terrible service. Couldn’t even drink or nothing here. Never again
