Just ordered a medium ultimate pepperoni stuffed crust. I’m really upset about my order. First of there was barely any sauce on the pizza. And not hardly any pepperoni. Very little cheese. And I paid full price for the order. I only complain when the food comes to me and it’s not what I paid for. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Not only that I paid for delivery and tipped the driver.

Guess I’m not getting that refund. Been two weeks. Ordered a pizza online (same as every week), waited, it never arrived. The lil “tracker” said it had been delivered. Keep waiting, never arrives, call the store;
“Oh, we forgot your order. Delivery driver clocked out and it was forgotten….”
“So will it arrive?? Very hungry kids over here..”
“Yeah. As soon as someone comes back..”
But they did not come back.. Never saw or heard from anybody. Tried to request a refund since we had to eat napkins and water for dinner. Nothing. Guess they’re keeping the money and the tip for having not delivered.. Weird business model..

Everytime I visit, the staff is very friendly. They always make my pizza accurately and with care. Everything is always hot, fresh, delicious, and crispy. With their $9.99 large any topping deal, the value cannot be beat!

I’ve been ordering here for years and this has happened before but now it’s happening consistently. I order two pizzas. A one topping w/ extra cheese and a 3 topping w/ extra cheese. Now everytime I get the pizzas, the 3 topping pizza not only doesn’t have extra cheese, it looks like it doesn’t even have a standard amount of cheese. You can see a bunch of bald spots with no cheese. I feel like this isn’t an honest mistake, rather a shady way of doing business that involves purposely skimping on things the customer is paying for like extra cheese. Buyer beware.

Did a carry out order. Food was hot but I noticed nobody was wearing gloves and a guy was cutting pizza with no gloves on. I feel like this is unprofessional and puts people at risk for getting sick… Something should be done

Normally I go to the Navy location but I was closer to Michigan this time so I ordered from here. Half way through eating the Mac and cheese, I realized there was a bug that was either cooked with it or it landed on it after it came out of the oven. It was in the melted cheese I called and they gave me a store credit but didn’t even apologize for an entire BUG being in my food. Didn’t even offer a refund. Just store credit or to remake it. I’m non-confrontational so I took the credit although I’m realizing I should’ve requested an actual refund. Very off putting and will not be eating at this location…

Went to pick up order and wrong size so they cooked another pizza. Got home to no sauce. Somehow on app Alfredo sauce was selected. It’s gross. So greasy. Would not honor wrong sauce as apparently we made the mistake! My husband usually orders extra tomato sauce never Alfredo sauce. Never will again
This is usually our go to so hopefully only experience

Lord have mercy this location is horrible. It took nearly an hour to get my one pizza. The tracker was stuck on 0-1 minute delivery for about 30 minutes. By the time I received the food, of course it was cold. Should have just stuck with hungry Howie’s.
